One of your more excellent episodes, because it has a message. Also, it brought back such memories. About 30 years ago I ate in a small and insanely busy Mexican restaurant in NYC where I was just about the only gringo. What I got was an immense stack of tortilla with bean and salsa and fish... and also crab. Piled high. Hard to eat! It was one of the best things I've ever eaten. Now I finally see a similar dish! Nice.

If I ever leave America, Mexico is the only other country I could go to. I love Mexican cultures and food more than any other. No doubt it is the most fun place I visit.
Many foreigners are moving to Mexico now a days they are uploading videos on UA-cam of how happy they are to start a new life in Mexico and how their journey has been, I myself will be moving to Mexico soon for so many reasons, I will be able to travel more around Mexico and will able to afford more things.
Something tells me my experience in Mexico as a solo woman traveler would be different than his, his camera crews, and the co host that he paid who lives there and knows the area.
With good reason. Going down there is an extreme risk that’s only worth what you think it’s worth. The only places I’d advise someone to go without too much caution would be the tourist areas

Mexico is absolutely up there as one of those few places I'd put on my bucket list. The food, the people, the culture and the climate all seems amazing. It's a shame that the perceived crime levels are high and severe, because other than that it really looks like a small piece of paradise, on earth.

Great video sonny your the best. The stacked tortillas with sauce are one style of so many styles of enchiladas. Throughout Mexico the enchiladas are made and presented in so many different ways and with different names too. Mexico is blessed to have very diverse food and drinks, very state in Mexico is like it’s own little country with their own traditions and cuisines. There is great seafood throughout Mexico but in my opinion the best quality of seafood is the seafood of sea of Cortes ( mar de Cortes) that’s the seafood of the states of Baja California( north and south) Sonora, Sinaloa, Nayarit, why ? one example the shrimp there are massive and they taste like lobster and a lot of endemic seafood really delicious and seafood recipes unique only to these states. Every state in Mexico that has costs have amazing seafood too.
@@Carajuate there enchiladas, in every state in mexico they call them different names but there a style of enchiladas, it’s stacked tortillas with sauce not bread. In other states in mexico the enchiladas are stacked not folded just like the ones in this video.
