    The best part of this whole series: little Harrison at the end, with a smudge of something on his face and he didn't even notice! Truly a joyful moment to behold💖

    Kelseys' mom was so disconnected from her and was resentful and previously unwilling to play with her own child. If you're always disciplining without an even balance of play, attention and positivity you will raise an angry resentful child. Im very happy to see their relationship has improved greatly and that she's enjoying her daughter more. So nice to see them laugh and be happy.

    I feel bad for Harry’s older sister; wouldn’t it have made more sense to include her in at least some of this? They aren’t just a family of three...they are a family of four and each person plays an integral role in how a family functions.

      She is not a small child. And she needs a lot more integrity than smaller children does. It can be very embarrasing for a child that age to be part of this and be commented at internet... like you already has done.
      Respect that girl and the family and the tv programs choice to not involve her.

      Susanne Palm
      I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to say. What do you mean, "she needs a lot more 'integrity' than smaller children does (sic)"? And I have not in any way made any negative comments about this girl. The *family* and the *show* introduced her - it's not like I did some off the wall digging and brought her up out of nowhere. I truly don't think making my initial comment was disrespectful in any way and I don't think it's strange for the audience to wonder how she will be able to fit into the new family dynamics that have been established if she has not been a part of the process in any way. Perhaps they DID include her in aftercare; we don't know.

    I was glad about the good ending of this week for all these families ... but one thing is a little bit strange for me : Alex breastfeated for about 2 years and was able to give it up between days without a physical problem . I breastfeated my 3rd and last child for nearly 2 1/3 years and had to go to the hospital for 4 days to get a special medical treatment , because my milk didn't stop and forced a serious inflammation . I know more women who 'd gotten these kind of problems - Alex was lucky for not getting any !! They are a nice family - all here are nice families !! By the way : my daughter didn't have any problem being without mummy's milk suddenly ...

    • @maburg713
      @maburg713 2 роки тому

      I don't think it was about the breastfeeding with her. I think it was about the "power dynamic" and punishing her husband (can't be close to your hubby if you've got a 2-year old attached to your "boob" 24/7). And seeing as how they later divorced, I don't think she was done.

    • @lessehead
      @lessehead 2 роки тому

      She did say she was uncomfortable bc she was engorged. You’re right, it can be extremely painful, even excruciating. Happened to me when my daughter was in the hospital as an infant and I couldn’t get there fast enough to breast feed.

    • @susannepalm9740
      @susannepalm9740 6 років тому +6

      To solve the problem that the parents have helps the children.
      So IT IS about the children... to give the children parents that are able to be good parents.
      If you really watch the program... it is the parents who had the biggest behaviourproblems. When they got help everything changed.

      @@cavlei, Pardon me for bringing this up but I really thought you'd want to know. "Just look at your president" is an incomplete sentence. Even if you argue that the "you" is assumed, the sentence still needs punctuation. I am just a garden variety "truly stupid American" with a Master's degree or two and really nice teeth so I could be wrong, but I don't think so. I am curious as to why you would fell it was necessary to insult Americans (who have really nice straight, white teeth) when no one was at all rude or condescending to you or your country. Except me . (incomplete sentence)

    I always watch this on my TV and can never comment-- finally here!! I looove this week's families more than any other. I can relate with the nighttime nursing a 1 year old I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get him in his own bed. And also, when Harrison's mom said she was disappointed he was not girl. I too felt that (I need not say I love my baby very much regardless)

      I co-sleep with my baby and she's almost 2, I enjoy co-sleeping though, and my daughter sleeps like a rock unless she's sick or somethings wrong, also Tiimus hair is a cultural thing, you can't just cut their dreads, I do feel if he had a professional do his dreads they would be a bit more tidy, but I think they allow them to be just natural, instead of fashion, because they are cultural and not for fashion.

      Do you have any children? By your answers and attitude you really don't seem like you've ever had children. He's 4 turning 5, they still need help with button ups, and sometimes they prefer to be dressed instead of dressing themselves, a child is considered still a toddler until 6, so even 5 they are a toddler they are learning and growing, I'm pretty sure by how smart Harrison is he had dressed himself or helped do it before. And why do you hate Kelsey's mom? She's not a bad mom, she is very in tune with her daughter, she clearly loves her.

    • @tashakomaroff2982

      A child is considered a toddler until the age of 3, not 6! Where in the world did you get that idea? Please look it up. Harrison is 5 and he absolutely should be dressing himself, maybe with a little help.

      @@munninraveneye5537 of course I’ve had children and grandchildren. I was also the oldest of 6 children and babysat for them and most of the neighborhood. As a nurse, I began in pediatrics . Yes, 4 yr old should dress themselves and the parent should know when the need help. I was brought up to be a strong, independent woman as was most of our extended family.

      Well, there are some minor genetic abnormalities that can make ppl exude certain odors even when they're little. It's not a medical show - we don't know all the details... Or it has to do with the parents obsessiveness around overall cleanliness... One or the other...

My little brother was a musty little boy, to me as his sister he would smell like wet dog, even after a shower he'd get musty quickly from sweating, my mom sprayed him with cologne sometimes, and he started using deodorant before he hit puberty because my mom didn't want him to be the stinky kid in school. Same thing with my niece through marriage, some little kids just sweat more than others and they can have a smell, and as a parent you don't want them to get picked on.

    I must've missed the part where Harry's mom said that she hated him and wished she never met him until the flashback just now... 😐😐 She was never my favorite but damn.. hate is a strong word to say about anybody. I most definitely would never say I hate my child in any way, shape or form, no matter how bad they are. My babies could literally murder me and I would still love them with every fiber of my being. And then to say it when he is clearly right there listening?!🤬 We are definitely not the same. No wonder that baby is so angry..he needs loving 🥺😥
    And then Sarah McMillan (however her spelling is) was debating putting her baby up for adoption?! This is so sad. There wasn't anything wrong with these babies.. it was all issues with the parents. They don't deserve those innocent babies if they are just going to write them off so easily. And I'm also a single mom of a 4 and just turned 3 year old and I couldn't fathom living one day without them. I'm all for and understand parents that put their babies up for adoption when they are babies.. but at almost 4 years old?! 🙄🥴😵

    A lot of the parents aren't paying enough attention how do they not see this Behavior like taking toys from other children and hitting other kids you need to scold them immediately after an action that is not desired otherwise they completely forget what they've just done they blame the children but it's the parents that needs the work from the very beginning of the child's life I have six children and not one of them sleeps in my bed not one of them is a terribly behaved child I enjoy every minute of the day with them it's the parents not the kids

      My husband and I enjoyed having our children sleep with us when they were young...it made nursing so much easier and, honestly, we have just always enjoyed that closeness. We bought a king sized bed after the birth of our second child just to make sure there was room for everyone lol!! At 12, 15, & 18yrs old, they are all happy and well adjusted (and sometimes the girls will still crawl in bed with me when my husband travels).
      If parents choose to put the baby into a crib in another room from the first night after coming home from the hospital and it works for them, that’s great. Same with bottle feeding. We chose co-sleeping and extended breastfeeding and that’s what worked for us ♥️.

      Stacie M yes!!! Same. My baby is 16 mo and still sleeps with me. Same reasons... night nursing was so much easier for us both while in the same bed. Good for you, mama!

    Sarah M(a)cMillan is a doppelganger for Natalie Wood! She needs to get rid of the blonde, do her eyes like Natalie (in the 60s) and she would be drop-dead GORGEOUS and look just like Natalie.
    Oh, also, enjoy the show, lol.

      Bettina Zauner oh stop. Not everyone memorizes everyone's name on a show with a bunch of people. How else should she have described him?? The dad with brown eyes????? Get real and get over this "offended" lifestyle you have going on
