Hi Brother, Thanks for the great video. I made the circuit today. Since I need more time then 2 seconds I used a 2200uf capacitor without the resistor. I tested the circuit in a glass of water and it worked perfectly. I am planning to install the system on my 1000L water tank. I will keep you posted about the progress. Installed the circuit today wuth my 1000L tank, the pump I am using for this project is a 12/24V DC Submersible pump that runs from solar power. - Day 1 was successful. Thanks again for the circuit design.

Can it be used to run pump of 1.00 HP by choosing proper capacity relay ( I think relay of 230 VAC of 7A -12 VDC of 1A may be suitable , please clarify depending on availability of relay in market)
How to select compitable relay and capacitors for home based suction pumps and for motors which uses to fill roof tanks? Or mentioned relay and capacitors will works fine with home based pumps and motors?
Diode nehi dene par transistor kharab ho sakta hai (relay ki coil ke surge voltage ke lie) (diode to sasta hai our transistor bhi sasta hai lekin repairing ka time & labour sasta nahi hai) So it is my suggestion to use diode.
Can't we add some timer to this Circuit to control humidity.,if for example if motor runs for 2 minutes n goes off automatically for 5 secs, the humidity in that room is controlled n Water can be saved., Pl think about this.

I want only pump to switch on when I open the tap and switch off as soon I close the water tap. I was searching how to build transistor and relay circuit .
