Your Canadian children, as long as they are under 21 and not married at the time of your application, will follow you, as dependents. Do not stress.
Also, if you and your spouse are both from Morocco, both of you should apply so that, as a family, you will have more chances to be selected. However, when you put your name as a principal applicant, you list your spouse + all your living children (see the criteria) -with the required photo and whatever else is needed on your entry. Then, for the other entry, you put your spouse first, and your information second + the children. If one of you wins the right to proceed further with the application, the other one won't. However, if the "winner" passes the interview, and assuming you have all the paperwork, medical etc available for everybody else and no other issues at the time of the interview, all family members will follow. I hope that helps!

You will use your confirmation number to check
You apply in October (Oct. 2nd to November 5) and check the results starting May 2025. DO NOT lose that entry/ confirmation number. You won't be able to check the results without having that number. You check, no email will be sent to you at this point.

One more point I would like to add regarding the parentage point is that in certain Middle Eastern/gulf countries that there is no path to citizenship in those countries therefore deeming every stay as temporary.
So for example let’s say if you were born in Saudi Arabia or Qatar and your parents have been there for 20, 30, 40 years, It doesn’t matter you’re still will never be considered a resident/citizen there meaning you have to applyto renew your visa every year so you’re not a resident in those terms. And this is all not made up by me. I have actually went through this process, and I have argued my case with the CO who was who was clueless and most likely haven’t read the rules regarding that so take this information and do with it as you may.
Why would you need to argue with the CO? All GCC countries are eligible in the DV.

@@shahgkhansahab3156 You are born in the United Arab Emirates. You are eligible to participate in the DV Lottery as long as you meet the requirements on your own (High school diploma or work experience).
@@munther1071 I was born in Qatar and my parents were born in Somalia. I chose (Somalia) as my country of chargeability. I had to argue with the CO because he tried to deny my visa, stating that you should have chosen Qatar as your country of chargeability. He was wrong, I was right, end of story.
