Love the car, makes me want to get or find a AAN car or just motor. Right now I have a 2002 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro wagon. Which I love but damn she requires a lot of attention. Just getting done with the final tweaks on my gtx3076r turbo. With a .82 a/r twin scroll exhaust housing. And just got a new aeb head with the big ports. Pretty excited but watching your videos gets me excited to work on her cause it’s been a LONG project. So thanks for that. - much respect

Torok makes good manifolds. I haven't found how long they last but better than the Ebay ones for sure.
Great work!!! Trust me that 4” exhaust is going to be raucous!! I just finished my 4” exhaust with a 4” valve. It is loud as f#%* at idle when the valve opens up. Where can buy that type of fan from.
Thank you friend, very excited to hear it run again and breath fire!! Fan is from FFDynamics, I'll leave a link for the fan. I bought the fan and the controller to make it work. I had to modify and cut up the fan housing to make it all fit and I am impressed with the results. Thanks for watching!

This is one of Kavon's manifolds. My friend got us each one and we tried to install his first and it had even more issues than mine so he returned it. I decided to keep mine since the quality of the manifold seemed good but just needed to fix those issues.
I just got it all installed and running very recently so hopefully we'll be seeing this thing ripping again soon, I can't wait! Thanks for watching!

Its stock as a rock Only 142294 Miles. Silver just like Your one!

Did you ever think about the 2.5 TFSI engine, where's the accent from?
Finding your channel pushed me to go ahead and get one of my bucket list projects a 95 urs6. I plan on keeping it pretty simple and aim for a reliable 350-400whp. What would you say are the go to things to make that possible? It has the Rs2 manifold and 2.0t coils but everything else is stock. I was thinking fuel pump, injectors, vems, turbo, and exhaust/intake/intercooler? It's had a pretty easy life owned by two adults before me that only drove it during the summer. I originally wanted to do a full tear down and build but is that needed at that power level? I'm somewhat "new" to the aan just have 07k experience mostly. Awesome work too by the way.
If you haven't seen them check out the videos that I did on my UrS6 while my friend still owned it. There is a three part vlog series where we took the car from bone stock to 400whp daily driver warrior. The engine is still completely stock, 400whp is the max on a stock engine. The rods can't handle any more than that.
For your current setup, cheapest reliable solution is to upgrade to a k24-7400 turbo, EFI express tune, injectors, exhaust intercooler, fuel pump and harness. That's pretty much it for that power level.
Talk to Marc at EFI Express. He'll set you up with anything you need and get you going in the right direction when your ready.
@@quattro4life20vt thanks man I've been looking through EFI and everything else I can find from 2bennett to 034 as well. I've got alot of experience with older vws and the 07k plus Miatas, and rb's/Nissans in general but this'll be my first aan. I've got a 2 year old so trying to watch all your stuff when I can lol how much did four rings run for building your engine and head work? I'd love to do it all myself but if it's worth it to have an experienced set of hands go at it then I'm all in for sending it out. Would give me some time to clean everything up and paint the bay/car. Only issue the car has is the paint has failed on the roof which I know is common but I've got ocd so it's driving me nuts even though I haven't owned it for a week yet lol
I have a 2003 allroad 2.7 biturbo, has a manual gear box and 84k miles. Did you ever modified that engine? I'm looking for a 400-450 hp. What's your opinion about that engine? Can you suggest a setup?
Checkout his other videos he did an awesome job on my brother's B5 S4. That power goal can be achieved by SRM K24 turbos

Sorry friend, I am still focusing on getting the race car finished so I have not installed that manifold yet. Most likely later this year.

The final parts list and cost should be posted soon or in part 3 of the budget build but don't quote me on that. He will definitely be going over the price of parts and the total cost of build of the budget build at some point.
Depends on if your asking about his build, or the budget build. Are you doing the labor yourself or paying a shop? There is a ot of X factors to consider.

@@quattro4life20vt I had Porsche breaks. Once I upped the boost it wasn't enough breaking power. Also got 2bennett coil overs on all corners. Definitely recommend. Want to do there rear break upgrad also
@@americantaxpayer no doubt, I need to do all of that on this car for sure especially the brakes. I guess for now the part of Mexico that I go and do pulls and logs at is so wide open that I don't even use the brakes even when the speedo is absolutely buried. I just let off and coast back down from that high altitude. Now going to the track is a different story, I really need to do the brakes for that!!! I did get the 6 piston Brembos with rotors but they are not on the car yet, hoping to get the rears and install them all at once. Only time will tell...
