    Great video!!
I just changed my brake fluid and brakes three weeks ago on a 94 400l 4x4.
All three bleeder valves broke off.
I did not know to tap on them with the hammer first.
With nothing to lose I unbolted the brake calipers let them hang had a guy pump the brake lever as I barely loosened the brake lines. One at a time holding it tilted in a position so the air would come up and out as I barely opened the lines.
Wow I was a happy man I didn’t have to go bye new brake calipers and besides the rear brake caliper on a 94 they do not remake!!!

Sweet! I actually have a video on how I did that exact same thing. I took the line completely off and put it in a jar of brake fluid. Afterwards I quick put the line on the caliper. Worked great.

why not siphon or soak up with a rag the old dirty brake fluid in the front brake reservoir vs. the slow process of drain/flush by hand lever bleeding method, which can be done once majority of fluid is mopped out of it. Very good tip with your jar of fluid trick while bleeding each bleeder screw!

What size is the front bleeder screw?

I have an 01 Xpedition 425 that I am rebuilding. The metal brake lines have corroded and need to be replaced but I am not having any luck finding new lines anywhere. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hi I got a problem that I'm wondering if you now a solution to. I've got a 98 425 magnum that my starter went out on. I took the starter off to rebuild it and put it back on now I lost spark when cranking. But as soon as I let off the button it will spark once.

Try pushing in the reverse limiter button on the handle bar while running it. It sounds like you have either a ground issue or rev limiter is bad or possibly the cdi.

Bled brake lines but how do I bleed the master cylinder? Just disconnect at the T and pump it? Also how does pumping hard on the brake let air back in. Thank you!

I bleed the master at the master. In this video I used the line to the T because they are known to get plugged so I was testing both.

@@TitaniummanGarage I found my issue. The master was good and once some are got in it went bad I guess it was on its last leg. It didn’t have enough pressure to even push past my finger.

I have a question for you not regarding brakes.
As you seem to be very knowledgeable with Polaris ATVs.
    On my 94 400 L 4 x 4
The rear chain is loose as can be when the ATV is jacked from the frame off the ground.
When the jack is removed and all four wheels are on the ground the rear chain is now banjo tight!!
Should that rear chain be adjusted while all 4 wheels are on the ground?

It's weird that it's that loose when in the air. But yes that is correct. Should be a little loose when it's up in the air because rear arm drops. You usually want a little play..about 2 fingers when on the ground so when you hit a bump the chain doesn't snap or worse, wear out sprocket and crack the tranny case when it flys off. I've seen that too many times.

OK perfect thank you for the reply I am working on it right now.
I have watched videos on tightening the chain but they did not explain if there should be play while on the ground.
I did just notice that the rear swingarm bushings are shot maybe that also has something to do with it.
I will loosen chain for now and order new bushings tonight!!
      Thank you

There almost impossible to find. You might look at ebay or market place
