Great job Bobby! I would say my top three Essentials for Fly Fishing is, 1. Long extened net with a wide rubber base! 2. Guides! 3. All other Fly Fishing equitment!
Tough to argue with any of the things mentioned. But here's 3 more: 1) Wading staff. Safety, bad ankles, slippery rocks. 2) Hemostats/nippers. Gotta have them for a variety of uses. 3) The fishing hat. Needs to be a little faded and funky, but you just aren't catching fish without it.

A long handle net is definitely an essential!
