This was a wonderful rendition of a Christmas classic. I was surprised to see how few Christmas songs you had in your truly amazing repertoire. The Holiday stuff is a lot of fun, but doesn't blow me away like this one.
This is the first time I'm hearing this. It's my absolute favorite Christmas song, and I've never heard it like this. At first I was taken aback by the beat, but it won me over - and the seamless key change! Freakin' amazing!! I've heard it in several of their arrangements, and I'm in awe. I've been in choral groups and know how difficult acapella is; acapella changing key is a whole other thing. Love love love this group, no words to describe!

Ok I’m 100% NOT a Christmas song fan at all, but it being Voiceplay I bit the bullet and listened and Eli’s vocals in Noel is my favourite, Christmas songs now get a pass in my house but only if they’re VP’s ones
Their voices are so crystal clear and melodious. The beat is fantastic and the harmonies are perfect. I keep coming back to this video above others. Eli and Layne, especially, you killed it.
Another video brought me here and oh boy am I so glad it did, this is without a doubt the best version I have ever heard of First Noel. I love solo and groups like you that do all of it with the just plain vocal tracks, it really allows you to see the strength of the singing and harmonies. You remind me of another artist named Peter Hollens that does things like this....Ya rock!
I wouldn't have even recognized Geoff in this. Maybe that look appeals to super young, but it kind of creeps me out. I really like his more recent looks. I wish VoicePlay would do beautiful hymns and less of the creepy Satanic stuff. But that's what people pay to get.
My favorite part is when they do the "Hear the Angels sing Noel" buildup part. Also did anyone catch Earl glaring at the camera lol. It made me feel noticed for some reason lol.
This cover is very soothing and gives off a very relaxed feeling, which is why I LOVE IT! I listen to it whenever I am stressed or frustrated, and it really helps. Thanks, Voiceplay!
