CSX Action on the Waterville Subdivision in Central Maine from Mid July to Late August of 2023

In this video from mid July to late August we see a few changes in operations on the Former Pan Am District 1; now CSXT's Waterville Subdivision.
In mid July, CSX temporarily began running their road power from Selkirk on M426/M427 to/from Waterville once again after a brief hiatus since May.
In August, CSX road power was once again restricted (most of the time) to Rigby and the road symbol was cut to Rigby as well.
The Rigby to Waterville and Waterville to Rigby trains now carry a CSX local symbol; L069 and L070 and are entirely different and reblocked consists from what M426 brings in the night prior.

- L054 with MEC 510 - MEC 313 works their way slowly to Rumford, Maine on a hot summer afternoon, seen in photos in Peru and on video arriving Rumford Yard on 7/17/2023
- M427 with MEC 507 - MEC 5948 - MEC 7595 passes through Falmouth, Maine on the morning of 7/22/2023.
- M426 with CSXT 473 - CSXT 471 - CSXT 7029 - MEC 345 - MEC 383 is seen between Greene and Oakland later that morning; on 7/22/2023.
- M426 with CSXT 479 - CSXT 3134 - MEC 510 - MEC 313 is seen in photos between Danville Jct. and Lewiston on 7/24/2023.
- M427 with CSXT 478 - CSXT 482 - MEC 504 - MEC 316 - MEC 514 - MEC 7622 - MEC 7605 is seen passing through Hacketts in Auburn, Maine on 7/29/2023.
- M426 with CSXT 468 - CSXT 5413 - CSXT 471 - CSXT 8350 - MEC 516 - MEC 5966 - MEC 5933 - MEC 503 is seen charging upgrade in Belgrade, Maine and once again in Oakland later that day; on 7/29/2023.
- L053 with MEC 3402 - MEC 7605 - MEC 5972 - MEC 506 - MEC 512 - MEC 501 passes through Greene, Maine on 8/15/2023. MEC 3402 has since gone to a new home on G&W's Berkshire & Eastern Railroad, who now operates the former Pan Am Southern.
- L070 with MEC 7643 - MEC 7575 - MEC 7620 - MEC 7595 - MEC 5966 rolls east through Monmouth on the afternoon of 8/26/2023.

Wonder how long the L069/L070 arrangement will happen. Have a feeling it will all change again soon, maybe when Keag reopens?
