    Thank you Russ. It's hard to tell people where to stay. We all like somthing different. Do they want an active RV park? Do you like being alone? Do you just want some place to park. I found that I just came down stayed at different ones. Then decided what was best for me.

    Russ, another great video, it reminded how organized Quartzsite has become, I remember when every winter they use to have Swap meat setup for the snow birds, I think all the RV parks now over there because of RVer TV is stationed in Quartz site . Ha! Ha!
    As always enjoy watching the videos as if driving through our great land.
    Keep up the good work!

    I’m learning the area Russ.... love the running around and checking the fences..... there’s Gold and silver in them there fences.... I grew up watching the Lone Ranger..... so this desert type area is appealing.

    Hi Russ, really enjoy your videos especially the drone shots. We purchased a motorhome and plan on spending our winters between Arizona and California, definitely want to see some of the areas on your last video. What is the drone you use? You make it look so easy to fly. I have tried a couple of inexpensive ones that were difficult to control.

      It's no snow. It really is the reason they're called snowbirds. Arrive in January and leave by April to avoid the -35F temps and 36" of snow.

    • @ggadventures6654
      @ggadventures6654 4 роки тому

      Huh. We have no snow but we have rain. I know what being a "snowbird" is, I used to own a place in Mexico. But the camping places at this place are just parking lots. No privacy, etc. That's why I asked if it was cheap. I have friends who winter in Palm Springs, Arizona, Florida, Mexico, etc in housing, mobile homes, etc.

    THANKS for showing us around. Russ can you explain the reason why so many like you choose to live there??? Now I am not being rude to each their own. I don't get the appeal of staying the Winter months in the desert. Packed in the sand with thousands of others near by. Driving around making the dust fly..There are more comfortable places to stay with similar weather 70's day temps nights above 32. BEAUTIFUL LUSH Green Trees & Green Grass (that is real). Places with no snow.. Water in creeks rivers ponds & lakes.. Yes Mice & poison snakes are everywhere. They seem to like your rigs causing $$$$ in damage trying to escape the desert. RATTLESNAKES LOVE THE DESSERT. I do not care if you can stay on BLM FOR FREE.. Just because something is free doesn't make me want to stay. I think I could handle staying a little further up in a mountain on BLM with green trees & babbling creeks. I have watched other videos about these places. THANK YOU I do like Your channel.

    I call BS Russ. You can camp on both State land and BLM lands around Quartzite with proper permitting. In your fervor to promote the Chamber Of Commerce's revenue stream, you lied to your viewers.
