Check out Salome and off of exit 69 on the i10. There's a RV park called snow bird west. It's a strictly solar place boondocking. They have water and a honey wagon. They start the park generator Evey evening.

Can you do the highway on the north side of the Grand Canyon. We were through there this summer but no time to stop and see the sights as we were hiking to the bottom of the canyon. It looked amazing as we were going past. Lots of interesting views

Spent three weeks at Desert Gold last year. You better like ATVs because they drive up and down the streets in the RV Park. Almost around the clock.
You do not have to go all the way into Phoenix for major shopping. I-10 and Watson road.

I really like your video's. We've been coming to this area since 2002. We started in the BLM land at Laposa South. From there we had a lot in Rainbow Acreas. We currently have a lot in Vicksburg in an RV park called Eden Park right near Vicksburg circle (turn around). I do a lot of the local jams and atving, (geocaching) I'd love to see some videos up in that area and Salome. It may also be interesting to do one that includes Rainbow Acres. Keep up the good work. Waiting for your next video.

How cold does it get out there?? I love your videos. I used to live in the Mojave desert. I miss the quiet and hardly any traffic but it was so cold in the winter

At RV Parke like that do you get your own dump line and water in with the rate. I know you have to pay for electric, propane etc. That would be cheep living but what about medical issues that might arise. Are there any hospitals around close by. Enjoyed the drive and didn't know about a Brenda, AZ. Thanks Russ.

Question: I really like to do art and I was wondering if there is anything in Quartzsite or towns around there that offer classes or community of artist that gather. I enjoy learning and I'm open to most forms of art but I do oil and acrylic painting, drawing, etc. Hope you can show me some art communities! Thanks!

That is NOT what most folks think of, nor the correct definition. A resort is a place of relaxation, or rest. Some, not all , include recreational activities, such as golf, horseback riding, & a few with pools. To wrongly assume something WILL bite you & me... been there...
@@seminolerick6845 So, anything quieter than a rest area or truck stop is a resort :) I usually get a good night sleep in either though.
There are campgrounds and then there are resorts.
