We are so inclined to perceive other's advise as an intrussion, but you make a good point by noting that in most cases these people have taken the time and put forth effort int trying to help.

    Heyyyyyy Fuad!!!!! Long time!
ok this is another great well thought out video and actually has happened to me at work. Im in a new job these last months and Im naturally a happy, positive funny person ( not bragging) as my co- workers have always told me " hey lady your funny your so positive your cool". Let me clarify: What is the point going thru life grumpy? Im also naturally intuitive as it's important to understand who IS approachable wherever or who needs to be left alone. The older I get the less I want to be around the grumpy people and especially in a world of different flavors of people too its important culture wise too to smile at people or ask questions to get to know them. Im with bazillions of Arabic people every day in my work and personally. Being aware of culture norms --a lady has to know whats proper or not. I might say hello how are you and discuss the weather with an Arabic dad, husband etc but with the lady/wife I after introductions be all heyyy sweetie how are you love oh your hijab is so pretty ... baby is so cute.... vs being proper and respectful of the man. But mostly at my work people have said to me " your so kind, funny, helpful " as we just chat human to -human... get to know each other .... food is Always an approachable topic. On the flip side : Im also around the gossip people and yes just say something like " hey this isn't for me catcha later" not to offend but yes to me especially the older I get the CEO is no better than the housekeeping lady or man. Its how we treat people not how much homes, money tou flash. Some of my greatest lessons came from people down on their luck. The CEO of my company is 90 years old , verrry wealthy big old money he mostly comes to work to have purpose ( his wife has died and he reads the paper all day at the company he started) BUT he is the sweetest, kindest man. I always keep an eye out for his needs- lunch, coffee, newspaper. And I have worked for handsome but jerks who had 50 million dollars in the bank and I would rather spend the day with the housekeeper than him. Treat others as God instructed you to do. Be nice! People seem to have forgotten this, and in fact a lady who WAS my friend all nice, sweet, bible teacher, well she knew my best friend from Sudan had just died after suffering but color or religion never defined our friendship only love and respect its " come you are family too" I loved her like a sister and respected her Muslim beliefs and she my Christian ( we are all one from God). Ok so the sweet lady my now EX friend said horrible things about my friends beliefs and tell others things about my associations. I dont tolerate mean gossip people fake people so bye bye she went as I try to explain but she would not listen to intelligence.
I dont scream shout or drama so I said done!
Today's world is very upside down and I as a positive girl who iz very easy to be around believes we all should smile more studies show a smile does release signals to the brain to relax and create happiness and we all need more love, joy, and kindness these days... and some Arabic food😊
ps Fuad always make me smile you are a good man and Im very proud of you my friend!

Exactly E1 is just as important if not more than book learning. Address a problem respecting the others life.
Yes totally admit it, its my mistake. Say " I hear your point but it doesn't make sense or I don't agree ". don't raise your voice be objective not reactive. You will learn from mistakes its how you grow. Some People fly off the rails at me at work or curse at me. I decided instead of crying I would just calmly say " you know I am somebodys daughter".
Then too in the Walmart parking lot last week someone a lady screamed at me perceiving me as getting her parking spot ( good heavens). I wave and said " God bless you" ! and drive off! Find the humor! 😅
