i think it went like this: scout saw his team die, tried to run away from the pyro, realized at the end that the intelligence was the real enemy, what got his team killed. since the team tried to complete the task, everybody dies, and the pyro turning into the intelligence resembles that. at the end scout dies too cuz of the job he tried to complete
Dat Pyro be speed hacking, no Pyro can keep up with a Scout lol. Other than that, it was really good. The animation was well made and the music choice was perfect.

I thought falling would be the best way to go.) While he's falling, he sees a lot of strange stuff, but the shotgun is a symbol of death, so when the trigger is about to "go off", you see the ground for a second, showing he just hit the bottom of the bridge. I've only seen a few people realize this (some friends as well). I don't know if it's because people over-analyze it, or just does not think more than "this isn't realistic, therefore it does not make sense." I hope this cleared something up for you, but also everyone else who does not get it.
Depends on if I wanted the viewer to do so. The "story" is hardly a story, and it was an excuse to focus only on light and camera at the time. While uploading it, I knew that quite a lot of people wouldn't get it, and I did not really mind that until lately, when I realized how much the story meant over everything else. So I fully agree, a film should make a viewer realize this (unless you're watching The Shining). So I'm sorry for the past me being more into cameras than the story, and I would like to say sorry for the massive wall of text aswell. I have a bad habit of making long posts. :v

According to all known laws of TF2, there is no way Pyro could run faster than Scout. Its legs are too short to get its chubby body to go that fast. But Pyro runs as fast anyway, because Pyros don't care what TF2 players think is impossible.

Yes, agreeing with the 99% of the commenters that the cinematic makes absolutely no sense and context, it is a great animation for what it is and if there was more story behind it, it would have been amazing. If you could actually make a full story out of this, you'd do everyone here a favor :3

The movie succeeds in amusing although the sequence fails to impress.
