Hi, I AM scared of heights...lol Nope i couldnt do it..I enjoy watching you cleaning out the lint and birds nests..Stay Safe from a Tasmanian Watcher ❤️🙏👍🤗
We have a service plan on our appliances and it includes a yearly check up and cleaning of fans, vents and what not. They always love our house because we have a straight pipe that goes directly from behind our drier out the wall to the vent cap. Literally nowhere for stuff to get clogged. I’m also super anal about making sure lint doesn’t build up so I use the shop vac to clean the lint trap area and blow any excess out.
Starting in my early 30's I started developing vertigo. Now in my mid 60's and I'm good up to 20 to 24 feet but even that height is getting to be too much. My wife yells at me if I pull out any ladder more than 8ft. At work I clean out the jail dryer 2x a year. Goes up about 18 feet then 4 ft more and an elbow to roof. I take elbow off and with rag use a 16 ft paint pole to shove it down then disconnect at dryer and finish cleaning. They wash a ton of very cheap blankets and towels. The amount of lint on one load is incredible. I retire in 12 more days and starting Monday I start training my replacement! Enjoying the video's, thanks!
I didn’t know that people did this as a profession. My husband always cleaned out ours out. I’m glad to find your website so I can be more informed in case I have to do this on my own. I will be watching you again.
I did a townhome a few years back in Huntington Beach, CA. It was a three story building and the vent terminated on the roof. Luckily, there was a balcony on the third floor, making it about a ten foot climb to access the roof. Awesome ocean view from that height!
@advsLLC the homeowner was worried and was holding the ladder for me. I told him he didn't have to, but if I fell three stories down, I to.d him he could use my vacuum to clean up the mess. 😁😁
Q.U.I.M. You could do it! I have nothing but faith in ya!!! I really appreciate you! My subscriber count has definitely grown, and you've been here from DAY 1!!!
@@advsLLC thanks 😊 you're so awesome! I'm glad I've been able to help your channel grow! I'm 40ish and even tho we are probably around the same age, I'm so proud of you! Watching your channel grow is like watching a niece or nephew grow up 😅
@@QuimBeeLivingstone I even remember your very first comment..."I came for the cleaning but stayed for the legs." HAHAHAHAHA! Still one of the best comments to date! ❤❤❤
Wow, I think you could’ve filled a pillow with what came out of there! I’m sure glad my dryer vent is close to the ground because I could not climb a ladder that high. I just have to keep a cage over the opening to keep mice out.
Great video. Where can I get the vent cleaning tool like you use in the video. The single line and not the janky ones with multiple pieces you see on Amazon
Hello. Is it necessary to clean the dryer vent from both the inside and outside entrances, or is using the tool from the outside alone sufficient? Thanks in advance!
If the dryer is running, and you run your brush through, it's absolutely ok to run from the exterior only! As long as you get all the way through the vent... A lot of lint will gather at the beginning and the end depending on how long the run is. I appreciate you watching!!!
Great job ... well done! I am just wondering why American people don't use condenser dryers? I have mine 9 years now and honestly I would never have anything else! Most people in Ireland have them! Greetings from the Emerald Isle!
I clean my dryer vent and dryer out once a year. I get a build up on my lint screen that i have to get off with a wire brush due to build up. What is causing this issue? Bought a new screen and still get it.
Another great one... Careful that high up...If for some reason you just stop posting and no one hears from you (which happens to other youtube channels) we'll assume you fell off a freaking ladder
HAHAHA! I dig it! I clean a lot of vents that aren't worthy of videoing... I try to publish ones that folks would be interested in however I definitely appreciate each and every one of you guys!
Love your videos. However, I think you should wear some goggles! I’m very concerned about something flying into your eyes. You could get a serious eye injury. Concerned subscriber is😊
I love these 😊 good job! 🏴

Can't believe you only have 3K subs! Let's change that guys! Help this guy out!
It's growing my friend!!!

Awesome!

That's ridiculous that they put vents that high up on the wall, but that just adds to the price of the job.
Great video!
If they exit below the second floor window, then I’m okay, but if they exit above the second floor windows, then it’s a nope.
I am!

Where can I find this hose to clean it? I can only find the plastic ones that break… And normally in a medium sized house how many feet do you use?
Where do you get your flexible cable and brush heads?

Why don't they empty their dryers. Especially since you are coming over to check on 5he problem. 😮

What is all this coming out of the dryer vent
Lint from previous loads of laundry! The lint doesn't just stick to the trap! Thanks for watching!!!
Can y'all see the dog hair flying in the air from the dryer vent?

@@advsLLC I just wish I could find something like it, I own my own dryer vent company and it would be super helpful
hey, what kind of cable do you use to attach to your drill? It's hard finding a non segmented cable with a drive end.
