I have height vertigo. It started in my mid 30's and gets worse every year. I'm now 64 and when you panned over roof I had to shut my eyes. When I am on a roof like that I have to take baby steps the closer to edge I get. About 15 years ago one of my co workers noticed I slowed down near edge and jokingly grabbed me and started moving to edge. He was 6'6" and nearly 300 pounds. He ended up flat on his back with my hand on his throat. The fear was real! lol. Glad you got it figured out.
Wow! Roofs can be extremely dangerous! Some of the roof pitches I’m seeing nowadays make me laugh… I can’t even read handle a flat roof regardless of height but not these newer residential houses that are basically like free climbing! Thx for watching!!
Nice work, Steve! Can't believe where they ran the vent terminations. wondering what they did with all those AC units when they replaced the roof. Looks like a nightmare, and an expensive one. By the way, that is an Energy Star roof that reflects heat away from the building so that residents can reduce the use of the air condioner, or at least that's the theory.
Hmmmm… that’s good to know! Definitely some think material! And unfortunately, the roofing company is on the hook for many months of calls, onsite visits and of course the repairs…. Needless to say, the roofing company will begin 2025 in the negative… Merry Christmas my friend! Thx HSB!
Rocket surgery 😂 I’m going to use that one. Good work bud, excited to see your adventures in the new year. I hope to make it out to your city this next year
I just ordered one, LOL! You’re absolutely correct! I apologize however I’m trying to get better at the ins and outs of video publishing. Thx for your advice!
I had a job a couple years ago. It's was 180 apartments. All the top floors were out to the roof . But the apartment complex didn't want to let us on the roof. What a crap job. Even all the side vents were 25+ feet and hard as rock to get through. Hadn't been cleaned in 20+ years. This video is giving me PTSD😂😂😂
HOA's are terrible! Glad you knew what you were doing and you stayed the course and saw the job through! Great job!
Number your drywall cutouts and draw a direction arrow on the back side. (Hindsight 20/20)
Funny! Such a simple idea yet I truly have never thought about that… I’m ashamed, lol
My Sons apartment was like that.....the dryer never dried.....so that of course ran their electric bill up
Absolutely!!! 220V, 30 AMP circuit means when that machine is running, you’re paying!!! Thx for watching!!
HOA's can be a pain in the back side for sure. Great work as always Steve. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's.
Merry Christmas to you and yours David! I appreciate ya!
Another great video, Steve! Merry Christmas and please keep the knowledge flowing!
Time for a ventless drier Not good for your business, but would solve the problem quickly without a lot of hassle.
Wow! Great job Steve!

Come on! Let me know when and we’ll make sure we get together!
I’m gonna try to start using that, and I’d also like to add one I made up years ago. “Not the brightest crayon in the shed.”
Nice work Steven. Job well done!
You need a microphone. Couldn't hear half of the things you were saying.

Hey! I live in Charlotte!!!😄😄 😄👋🏾👋🏾 I HATE HOAs!!🤬🤬🤬 But…LOVE your videos!! ❤❤❤
They need to just upgrade to ventless dryers. That’s insane and a massive fire hazard.
