    I had surgery in March of 2022 still not able to fully extend or turn. Is there still a possibility for me to be at 100%?

      Great question it is hard to say without evaluating it! There is a chance that it may not come back however, I do not know based on having never assessed your elbow. My suggestion is to see a qualified, orthopedic physical therapist in your area you can do a proper joint assessment.

    I had elbow replacement and have screws and plate. My dr is saying my arm will not go any straighter than it is now which it’s at a 45 degree and these screws and plate are irritating me now and therapy isn’t helping with much. I feel like I’m losing mobility in my hand

    how long should I have to hold in that position and for how many sets and days?

      Mobilize until you get a change and stop when you stop getting a change

    Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm currently in PT school and I had elbow arthroscopy because of loose bodies and some arthritis in the elbow. I am around 8 degrees of elbow extension and I hope to get close to 0 degrees. Do you have any programs to reinforce the extension of the elbow after all the mobilizations?

      Yes, really I would do end range isometrics following the self mob and then short range isotonics of the biceps letting resistance pull you into extension.
