    Hola, usted tuvo una cirugía del codo?? Lo pregunto por su cicatriz. Me da esperanzas de volver a la normalidad , yo tuve una luxación de codo y hacía mucho ejercicio, como para que los doctores me digan que no volveré a la normalidad , no me resigno. Gracias.

    Thank you for the explanation! I have some bouncing and no pinching pain. So I assume, according to your test, I have biceps shortening. Please give some examples of biceps stretching that would be safe and effective. Really appreciate your help.

      Biceps shortening is very rare. More than likely have a capsular restriction.

    Hey sir !
    Thank you very much for this instructive tips, I got an elbow surgery 10 years ago after an elbow fracture, I was immobilized for two months, so I had to do post-surgery exercises for a long time, I regained 100% in flexion, but I can only extend my arm 150° (I lost 30° in extension). I went to a physician last year who told me that a very small piece of bone might have been grown there and is preventing the extension, so I did another surgery and removed that extra piece of bone. the problem is always there and now I'm sure that it has to do with a muscular limitation, what exercises you advise me to do at home please?

    For the stiffness of elbow due to muscle contraction after surgery, ice or heat therapy which one do you think is suitable???

      Well neither will adequately address stiffness but if you’re feeling stiff and you’re not right out of therapy. I’d go with the heat.

    hey mister, I live in the Netherlands. I think I got the UCL injury. I went to the doctor, but I think they don't know much or nothing about this kind of injuries. I am 15 years old and I haven't thrown for 4 weeks. What should I do, do u already have videos about this, so u have special excersices? Because I have no pain anymore in the elbow and I feel I can throw again, but what do u think?

      lvdberg 12 do a MRI on your elbow, that will reveal if you got any tears in your ligaments, if no tears take some days off from pitching until you feel better
