Changed to 98 main jet good with stock pipe (lost 1mph top speed over the 100 main jet with 15t sprocket)
Did the 15t to 16t front sprocket change, dropped the RPM's about 500 so 55mph is not red line now, faster 0-50 and faster top speed! Lost something off the bike and tightened the mirrors. I am back in Florida, see elvis?

I feel your pain. My samsquanch refuses to do any pruning or trail clearing too. It's a pickle :D
I know, right!
Man I am so glad fire season is pretty much over, can't wait to ride in the woods again.
Out west?
@@MotoCheez yup, for now!
Perfect amount of Cheez. 10 out of 10!
Love the Molly Hatchet reference! Very under appreciated
By far my favorite bike is the hawk
One of mine too
Awesome. Cheezy at it again... The 230 is going to be an interesting build 😂
😁 should be
When mounting a wheel at home I like to use a long rod thinner than the axle. I put it through all of the wheel components and get everything aligned and in place. Then I put the axle in and push the rod out. I found that to be a lot easier than trying to hold everything in place at the same time. The thinner rod allows a bit more slop to get all of the piece in. Yeah, I've had a few beers....
Good idea!
Looking forward to seeing the cg 250 on it.👍🏻
Probably spring time. Want to see how much I can get out of the 150 first!
Agree with that! Looking forward to you wringing this Condor’s neck. 😂👍
Cheese’s got all the tools 😀
😁
Those look badass🥰
Just bought a hawk that needed a top end for $400, threw it back together in a day and boy is that thing fun!
Nice!
I looks like you maybe getting a hurricane next week down at your place in FL. I hope it turns west more.
Path seems to be more west and up to TX. Hope it stays that route!
YYYYYesssss!
Howdy Cheezy
Howdy!
jealous of your tire machine! very nice. i agree with you about balancing those tires: a waste of time on a bike only going to 60-70mph. as long as the tires are quality, they should be close enough.
It's a jungle out there 🤣
really like your channel, i too have a rps condor 150, mine is blue.
Awesome
🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍 I got to get my grom out
Im might get a couple mods for my grom soon
Get mines out the shop tomorrow been a long looong 2 months 😢 Clutches gave out and my cnc break aways have to be taken off and replaced with original clutch housing 😢
What you need is a quality machete to have on you in that overgrown stuff. Take a look at the Condor Tool and Knife Golok. Solid/quality machete. Love mine, also have their Parang as well. Both are nice.
That little bike is nice and quiet too. The wider meats on it should handle that sugar sand "more gooder" than those skinnier ones on the ones you have down there.
I have a few machete's. I'd be worried that I'd hook myself with a barb
Shenkos that's what I have on my z125. Great off road and surprisingly sticky on the blacktop. I have about 1500 miles and a couple burn outs on my first set. And I think I'll make it threw the winter before I need to buy a new set. 🤔 and yes I'll be riding year round. Lol
Agreed! Have about 1500 miles on a set I put on whitey, my other Grom clone.
Love your vids man.
So is this thing ok as a extra light duty trail bike? Reminds me of my trail 70 I had as a kid.
Yes! That's what I mainly use these small bike for. Same idea! They're awesome off-road. Those videos coming soon. Look up my Taotao hellcat, same small grome like bike and I do a ton of off-road
Thanks😁🧀
I have had the vader and the kpm200 might be looking at this one soon. All super reliable. Unfortunately the vader wasn't powerful enough for the hills up here in wnc
That's why I'm putting a CG250 engine on it
@MotoCheez can't wait to see it. Something about a little motorcycle with a decent sized motor for highway jaunts speaks to me. Grew up in Florida where I could travel the whole state on a 250cc rebel and never have to hit the interstate. Backroads are pretty fun up here super twistie.
Definitely! Yeah Florida nice and flat! A little hilly at best
Hello MC, happy to see you back on the Condor, can't wait to see how the switch to a 250CC engine will perform, because to be perfectly honest to me this motorcycle loses most of its appeal once you go above 55 mph, and that is after going to a 17 tooth sprocket. This 150 motor is geared very low and should be a hoot on the dirt. My next trick is going to a 30 tooth in the rear. All the best.
Definitely! Just like the Honda Groms...
Someday i'll put the knobs on my Vader. got almost 4,000 miles on the stock tires. I need that tire changer!
I like the nobbys! My tire changer payed for itself 20 times over. Bought for $700 used about 10 years ago
@@MotoCheez its probably worth 2100 now
Haha. Probably
sweet
2nd
Whitey going to be getting jealous! Are you planning to do a pipe after the carb ?
Have to see how it flows, but probably
It reminds me of a Suzuki RV 90 the way the engine looks and the tires.
Is there a 250 kit for it, piston, jug, head, carburetor?
They do have a big bore kit. I ended up putting a CG250 on it
And do you do any video's about how to buy a used bike,..... most of the ones I'm finding have no title's.
These bikes all come with an MCO and bill of sale from the dealer, the person who bought it originally should have that paperwork. Not sure what you can do without that paperwork
Cheezy ,I work in an insurance office ,and one of our insureds is looking to buy a 1997 Subaru Sambar mini van. Are you able to insure your vehicles on a standard auto policy? Thanks, Bill
Not conventional insurance. I went through hagarty classic insurance
Cheezy, you should have used that stick you threw aside to beat the briars back, duhh !!! Or, carry a machete on your scooter.
The stick wouldn't do it, they're like fiberglass rods! I usually have something with me but have not set this bike up fully yet
Heya Cheeze! I recently bought a Condor and have been watching all your vids since youre preety much the only guy I've found on UA-cam that has good vids on the Condor.
I had the dealership swap out and rejet/tune a new mikuni carberator on my Condor and am having the issue of the engine stalling out when im coming down from 5th gear; whenever I come to a stop from 5th, the idle RPM doesnt keep up and the engine cuts off. I've tried adjusting the idle RPM and enriching the Carb but still have the problem. Condor runs great otherwise! Are you having this issue or have any idea what could be the cause? Love your vids man!
Clutch adjustment, or if its a centrifugal clutch the spring has stretched and is not fully disengaging.
Thanks, that's strange, especially if you tried idle and mixture. Idles good otherwise?
@@MotoCheez Yep! Idles great when it starts up and if I don't go too hard on 5th gear; I have to keep the throttle open just a tad bit to keep the engine from cutting out most times.
@@duane4972 Thanks for the advice! I'll look into that; or try to anyways. I have almost no knowledge on motorcycle mechanics and the owners manual isnt very helpful since its written in almost broken english
Check the spark plug, may be too rich. Idles fine with clutch in and in gear too?
I got a 28mm nibbi on my brozz and it seems like too much carb
Shouldn't be, what main jet you using?
Did I hear you say you were going to put a 250cc engine in the El Condor?
Yes!
Check out the lifan kpx 250 on Jerryhawk UA-cam channel. I saw one in person today and it makes the hawk dlx look like a cheap toy. It looks identical to a Japanese honda
I've seen them, they're pricey too!
Are you going to buy a mini truck in Florida to keep in Florida?
Probably not, was originally going to bring the van down there, but I need something that can tow a boat and the wife can drive.
Headlights out on one side again. 😅
😂
I ask another UA-camr if that 250 would fit he said no they were different style so I'm very interested to see how it works out. that means the hawk 250 that you did the ECU hack would possibly fight in it fuel injection would be perty sweet. Do you no by any chance if the z's 190 is a cg style engine. 👍👌✌️💯🏍️
I don't know what he's talking about, it's a CG150, same style engine. The mounts even look identical.
The ZS190 is not CG, it has horizontal cylinder
@@MotoCheez thanks for the info and I don't think the guy new what he was talking about or thought I was talk about a boom Vader.🏍️👍✌️✌️💯
By the way if you look on Amazon they have a slipper clutch for a cg style engine for cheep I want to say it was 60$ Wich is a good deal for a slipper clutch it was under zongshin engines if interested.👍✌️👌💯🥂
Funny I just now realized after so many videos your cat named the same name as another UA-camr cat his name John audio his cat passed away last year it's also the same color look the same on video as well LoL 😺👍👌✌️💯🥂.
Damn. That's ceazy
@@MotoCheez ya I thought so if you watch John audio tech older video you will see Gizmo he would always jump on his work bench. Lol😺👍✌️💯🥂
Hay now, I'm a little cornfused, it didn't look like there was any grease on them their axles, or the bearings, don't judge, may be old, but new to this moto idea... are they sealed bearings? Deciding whether this old fart is going to go with the TBR7, or the Raven... I enjoy your Movies... C 😎
Sealed bearings, the speedo sensor and sprocket cushion Oring had grease. Thanks!
@@MotoCheez I've marathon watched your China bike series; you say good things about all of them. Question??? which do you like better the tbr7 or the Raven, and why? and also, you've inspired me to do this, have had a couple of rough years, and lost all interest in doing anything after getting C-19, I wouldn't lie it is a bucket list idea from the late 80's when I was in my mid- 20s'. Your video's re kenneled the fire of adventure... Thank you for that C😎
Where can I find an aftermarket exhaust for this???????
It's same as Vader 150. Might find something for that
Lmao 🤣 go gizmo hopefully your wife has no problem with chip munks
She doesn't like them inside! Gizmo chased it around all night. I tried catching it with a towel a few times but failed lol
@@MotoCheez oh no lol 😂 dam gizmo lol 😂 but he is doing some of his job. But now his job is to get it out of your house 🤣🤣🤣
The swingarm on that Condor looks alarmingly thin-walled. Could just be the video making it appear that way though.
Must have been video. Doesn't seem too thin.
Which do you prefer the condor or hellcat?
Stock, the condor has more power and speed
@@MotoCheez thanks
What is fuel economy?
About 80mpg
Not first not last
😁👍
I like the part where 9:42 to 11:20
🧀
1st!
Beep
Meep!
just toss a yz85 motor on it
Those dinky scooter tires are not going to work very well at all in our Florida sand. You're going to bust your as* ! Scooters are for college girls to ride around the campus, not for real men to ride, anywhere.
I had my whitey Grom clone down there with same tires, did awesome in the sand. They're pretty wide compared to dirtbike tires.
I'm not worried at all about my manlyhood. They're a blast to ride, so are scooters! 😁
sounds like my old 1978 honda xl
Habe you purchased the templar?
