I suggest you add lights (maybe those RGB ones) at the back of the text (KING OF DIY) so it will pop more, it kinda sinks in the background, it will look cooler in my opinion

Extended the top of the tank all the way to the ceiling, with doors on the top for feeding, then the cats can't jump up their and you can fill in the seems by the wall, to make it look like its built into the wall 🙌🏻
It looks awesome! Think it would also be cool to have used a clear epoxy so it actually looks like wood. That would be trippy.

One vid id like to, if you wouldnt mind, but show us the personalities of some of your fish. Im sure there are things some of your fish do or behaviors are just interesting to watch. You should know what i mean. What do you normally see when your typically off camera just watching your fish.

Your cat likes to be up high to view everything, as you would do for your fish, add some high perch spots her around the house, if you watch Jackson Galaxy's videos, you can really make your home a great place for them too, some cats prefer to be like den dwellers so having ground caves or hides makes it nice for them too. Just my 2c.
I have climbs all over the house. 4 large ones that are over 5 feet tall. Scratching posts, 3 kitty litters, automatic feeders and watering dishes as well as climbs and hammocks attached to the walls in my house reaching 8 feet. I adapted my entire house to them. they also have 2 hides each. If you think I have gone a bit extra for my fish, you should see what I do for my cats and dog. If you think any of that is crazy, you should see what I do for my teenaged kids.

hey joey a lil tip with painting after your first coat, usually wait around 2hours, so the paint is dry to the touch but its still slightly sticky, throw on the next coat and it'll stick to it. your way works just as good, just a little more time consuming
The issue with that is blocking. The bottom layer gets sealed off from outgassing and can't cure as easily. With epoxy it's not as bad since it doesn't have to outgass completely to cure. With paints, most specifically glossy latex...that how you get sticky feeling cabinets for 3 months, or drawers that stick for a year, etc.
I used Joey's plywood and pond shield method to make an indoor pond. It was awesome

Happy b day Tamara!!!! Omg!!! I cant wait to see the oscars in there. My dream fish is an Oscar (it was my first fish when I was a noob and I had it in a 10g aquarium. Eventualy it got to big and it had to go back to the petstore). Now i have a 90g with angels, electric blue acaras and rams. I just need another big aquarium to one day have oscars hehe.

Just woundering from sweden.
Started an intress in Oscars from ya videos.
Now i have a 720L tank
And have 5 Oscar 2 male and 3 female.
4 of them are pairs.
But the last female. Has taken The center of the aquarium and makes fuss to the 2 pairs. Is it better to remove her to another tank or do they mix and match pair for breeding.? had dem from small size.. Now they are about 30-35cm
