Nice video! I find turks hard to play as well, but you did forget to upgrade in the blacksmith and University. You are too kind to your teammates, haha. I would be rageing behind my PC with a teammate such as purple.
I remember when you quit for about 2 to 3 years . On you're first video back from that LONG break i thought you're microphone must've gotten a little old or something because it sounded (no offense) a lot worse . But now it seems like just as good quality as it did back in you're older videos . So just saying you're microphone sounds better today
i just enjoy CBA since i was playing AOE2 back in 2005-2006... there was a time that the only way to win Turks was to have Koreans on your team... This doesn't seem to be the case anymore? Although you played them extremely badly yourself - why would you send waves to be slaughtered by the japanese? You were afraid of the Mongols and not of the Samurais bonus damage on special units? 1 mangudai needs about 5-6 arrows for the janisarry, while 1 samurai needs 3-4 slices.
Purple was absolutely awful, but you could've played a little better as well. You could've teamed up with Koreans and Byzantines to take on the Franks and Chinese, as Turks have a natural advantage against them. Good video though.
I find Turks' match-ups really hard to judge. Janissaries seem to do pretty badly against mangudai which made me think they'd find chu ko nus difficult too. But as you suggest I could have tried hiding behind the war wagons.
The advantage of Janissaries is they outrange all archers(at least in the beginning) with their 8 range. Hiding behind the war wagons which have high HP could help snipe the Chu Ko Nu's+ throwing axemen.
Honestly, dude building that huge ass wall? Didn't help AT ALL. All it did was it clogged Norovos' units, gave the enemy more raze targets and just in general was too much of a turtle. Teal should get some share of the blame as well. Granted he was pushing a bit sometimes but did almost nothing else.

Nice! 👍 Too bad about the loss but it was entertaining nonetheless.
nice video mate i love cba. Do you play on voobly?
I have a few times but not often. Some very good players on there, but also less relaxed.

Thanks, that's good to hear. I was pretty rusty in general after two+ years and had to figure some things out again. Same mic then and now.
Have you tried CBA on DE?
Not yet, I need to get a better PC.
