    A good month!
I read about 15 books at a time with 10 pages a day for each. So I don't typically read a whole book in a month, especially since the books I read are so long, like Infinite Jest, and like the classics as well as philosophy. Though, I did finish Rousseau's Confessions in February. Rousseau was a weird dude and a bit of a hypochondriac with a weakness for women - such are these things among even great geniuses; but I don't find it very uplifting.
I ordered Aquinas' Summa Theologica today, and so that should be my biggest read for the next year and a half.
    Enjoyed the video!

Thank you! I tend to read about three books at a time. Any more than that and I start getting them confused with one another. lol But I am glad you found a system that works for you! :) I tried Infinite Jest earlier this year and...couldn't handle it. Thanks for watching! :)

Great wrapup! You’re doing a lot better than I did in February lol. :-) I’ve only tried one Emily Henry book so far (People We Meet on Vacation) and it was just “ok” as well. I did not realize the actor from Harry Potter had a memoir! I’m currently reading through the series so I will put that one on my list. I always think it’s interesting to see how an actor’s who plays the villain perspective of the whole experience was rather than the actor that plays the likable characters or heroes in the story.
I still need to arch the John Wick movies!

Thank you! :) I think I am done with Emily Henry after this recent one. I understand people like her stuff and she is consistently putting out new stuff. The Draco memoir was a pretty good read. :) And you definitely need to get to John Wick at some point! :) Thanks for watching! :)

Nice! 13 in the shortest month of the year is great!☺️📚 I liked Even Though I Knew The End a lot! Definitely could have been longer and more in depth. Sounds like you had a pretty good month o’ books.☺️

It was a pretty good month! But a lot of what I read was shorter, so that makes a difference. ;p They really could have built on 'Even Though I Knew The End,' and made a longer work. Thanks for watching! :)

I tried reading Book Lovers from the library last year but I just couldn’t handle it and DNFed,lol. Congrats on plowing through Game of Thrones with its hefty page count! I’ve read it twice but unfortunately haven’t ventured past the first book yet.

Yeah, Book Lovers wasn't really my thing. Game of Thrones was a chunker, but I actually moved through it fairly quickly once it got going. I am going to pick up the next one at some point, maybe later this year. Thanks for watching! :)

Lol ok I’ll give Draco a try 😝😂 I finished Jack West over the weekend. Loved em but it did get kinda predictable with the whole there is absolutely no way they could survive but wait! And that scene with the water in the last book?! That’s not how water works!! But otherwise it was fun so they were 4⭐️for me. Totally agree Two lost Mountains felt like a setup instead of an enclosed novel of its own.
Glad you liked Game of Thrones. I watched one episode, was too disgusted with the characters to continue on. Nobody felt like they had redeeming qualities. Is there any actually likable, have a backbone characters in the book?
Great video as always! Looking forward to your next video! 😊

I think you will like the Draco book. :P I almost wish they would have just put the last two Jack West books together into one huge epic, as it would have flowed a lot better in my opinion.
I really liked the whole political intrigue of Game of Thrones. Some characters I liked more than others, and there is clear development of them over time. Never watched the show, so I can't respond to how they were handled there. ;p
      Thanks for watching! :)

@@Man-With-a-Hat-Who-Reads it really was more of a set up than an actual book, but I think the publishers probably figured they’d reach a broader audience with a smaller book. Those chunksters can be intimidating even if you love to read.
I’m not big on biographies, but a Harry Potter based one does sound fun. Glad you’re enjoying Game of Thrones. Maybe I’ll get around to it some day. 😊

1:55 100% agree, 2LM was not very memorable compared to the rest of the series, the only really noteable thing I remember from it was what happened to Jack’s mother. Not a bad book, just not remarkable within its series, defo the weakest one.

My thoughts exactly! It just feels like a set-up for the last book all the way through. Not a whole lot of importance otherwise. Thanks for watching! :)
