I give Klein credit. They are continuing to innovate and have tools that work as a set or individually well.
They are and they are making great USA 🇺🇸 made tools as well. Thanks for watching!
They are very late to the party.
Surely not innovative at all with these ones.
@Sentido-Critico Yes, there is room for improvement with these.
@@projectpinehills they are ducking slow!
Oh, Man, yesterday I almost went for these and some Tone metric ones. I changed my mind and gonna hold for a sec. I feel that for time savings, practicality and more use the Milwaukee insider makes way more sense. I thought about these ones for tool bag handy things to drag around...maybe later.
Glad i found this channel, seems objective. Not brand fanboying. I'm in electrical, but I do all trades and what not.. The challenge to streamline tools is never ending. Although simplifying is the way to go contrary to what old timers tend to do (and criticize ). 1 tool to rule them all motto. Multidrivers instead of a ton of screwdrivers etc.
Knipex, Klein, Wera, Stahlwille, Koken, Tone, KTC, Vessel, Anex, PB Swiss, Husky, Astro, Channellock, Gearwrench, gripedge.
You are on my list for reviews along.
Morgans Maintenance, Last Best tool, Millis contruction, Bzeug, etc
Im jet to find a channel that points out alternatives to Veto Pro Pac. I Had a Back injury and even before that . I dont know whats the point of having a tank as a tool bag if it weights like a tank. Id love to see more sturdy but lightweight bags around. Oh hell I have a husky bag with wheels and even that is light.
Cheers from Canukian lands.
I’m always working on lightening the bag up. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching!
I was disappointed Klein couldn't manufacture these in 🇺🇲. Channellock manufacture theirs in the US, so I had to buy the Channellocks.
these seem really nice, ill have to consider these
I gotta get my hands on these. Great for the tool bag
Yes you do! Thanks for watching!
Klein makes excellent stuff!
Thanks for watching! 👍
OK OK FINE I'LL SUB FOR MORE QUALITY CONTENT.
Honestly I thought I already did, happy to have found your content recommended again.
I appreciate you.
Ha, thanks, much appreciated! 👍
I went to Lowes a couple days ago to get this set but they were sold out. Manager said they weren’t ordering anymore for stock. But now Im kinda glad the didn’t have any. I assumed that with Pass-through on the package they were designed to work with the passthrough sockets. As in they had the retaining ring. Without the retaining ring theres nothing special separating this combo wrench from what most tech’s already have.
Klein has been good about coming out with new product lately but their execution always fall short of great.
It’s my understanding that Lowes gets a couple items initially to test demand then they restock accordingly. I didn’t see any reference to Klein KNECT in the packaging. Thanks for watching!
Aw man I just bought the Klein knect socket thing...now I want this
Ha, I know, it’s rough. Thanks for watching! 👍
Details matter, the sizing colors are the same as my impact ready nut driver. These guys are really good.
Yes they do. Thanks for watching! 👍
Nice video 👍👍
Thanks, I liked your video!
I'm HVAC / kitchen technician, that tool need flexible heads, had similar Husky set and there is a lot of places where I was need that angle, finally found no name flexible quad wrench set and it is awesome! gifted Husky to colleague. cmon Klein there is better Chinese tools to copy from...
A flex head quad wrench is a great idea. I see some great ones out there. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching! 👍
I bought these and they work good. Only gripe I have is I’m an industrial electrician and at work we use a lcc clamp for our conduit on cable tray and since the 3/8 is behind the 7/16 on the Kleins it slips through on the square nut unlike other brands where the 3/8 is behind the 5/16 preventing it from going through.
I can see that. They do have a different combination of sizes. Thanks for the feedback!
Great video though! Thank you!
Not to mention the old duralast are the best ones for unistrut straps
They are putting out awesome stuff lately. Need metric sets for my American truck 😂
Thanks for watching!
Bahco branded ones are available in metric sizes, they do a set of 3 in a tool roll, don’t know if you will find them in the us easily though
@Tree90ohfishAL I’ll check them out. Thanks for watching!
This is awesome. Would have loved to see this in s mod box though. Lastly hope Klein gets back into some big box stores in Canada ever since Lowes pulled out of Canada we have no big klein retailers. Hd has some klein but its only the old klein stuff prior to all their mod box and new tool released
I didn’t know Lowe’s had pulled out of Canada. That does make it harder. I think HD gets some items, just at a later date.
@@projectpinehills Lowes pulled out and sold all their stores back to Rona who they bought so the old lowes stores are now called Rona+ and only carry lowes stuff from like two years ago nothing new and no klein
Wow, I didn’t know that. That does make it harder to get stuff.
“Shut up and take my money!” 😂
Ha, thanks for watching!
I know they probably made it longer for leverage, but I wish it kept it compact like the size of the husky or a little smaller on the larger wrench
That’s a good point, it takes up more space. Thanks for watching!
These wrenches are made in China. The set I bought today has a spot on the 3/8" side that jams up and will not ratchet. Poor quality control from what I see. I will return this set and maybe try another set. Keep up the great tool reviews.
Thank You. If you get another set, let us know how it goes. Thanks for watching!
Most of the best tools are made in China. Milwaukee tools, Ridgid power tools. iPhones, snap-on and matco computers. iMac pro
@@jalee6587slot of snap on is USA made actually
Nothing wrong with Chinese tools. They are built to spec. Blame the bean counters, and the cost reduction engineers.
We LIKE the look of your Klein Tools Ratcheting Quadwrench Set - but is there a Metric version from Klein yet..? If so, what is the model number..?
Not yet, stay tuned. Thanks for watching!
Great video.
What's the awl you're using?/name?
I have a video about it here: Best Pick Set - Ullman vs Tekton Pick & Hook Set

@@projectpinehills I appreciate you and your videos. Thank you.
Thanks for watching! Hope your subscribed.
Prefer to have the black finish that Klein has rather then slippery with sweaty or oil or greasy hands that the Husky brand you shown. Klein has came out with best in class tools last ten years or so.
Good point, they are not as slippery as chrome. Thanks for watching!
Missed opportunity to not have them lock in the pass through socket. But, I still like them.
Maybe it was, not sure it was possible given the nature of a quad wrench design. Thanks for watching! 👍
Did they send these to you or did you buy it from a store? Anyway, this is a simple chinese speed wrench set without a lifetime warrantee for $40+, there are MUCH better options.
I got them out of overhead stock at Lowe’s a couple weeks ago. They had not been brought down and put on the wall yet.
DO THEY COME IN METRIC??
I had to get them out of overhead stock, so I’m not sure. I’d guess they are SAE only for now. Thanks for watching!
Ibwas trying to think which 8 would they choose for metric?
Nah, Klein couldn’t give a shiney shite about their British customers. That’s the reason I’m dumping my extensive Klein kit. I learned the hard way, I learned the expensive way………………
Klein is offering more metric which supports more customers globally. They are responding to demand.
@TD75 Well they are importing to the UK via a large national chain of outlets exclusively. If they want to sell to the UK market they need to supply us with what we need ( metric ) and offer after sales support.
They either want the UK market or they don't. I bought a lot of their gear, it's amongst the most expensive in the shop. They aren't going to import the ModBox system, so I have a full Klein kit housed in a DeWalt Tough System 2.0
They missed the mark with not making the cup protrude more as to be perfect for unistrut straps
And having 1/4 on there is dumb!
Thanks for your feedback and thanks for watching!
Most everything is metric now days
A good bit is. Thanks for watching.
No its not tf ?
