Im just getting into FPV and watched a lot of beginner rtf videos. Never got why all the videos are 80% level/horizon mode and then 10sec acro. Acro is the only reason to get into FPV (atleast for me). Learning how to fly in level/horizon takes about 30sec in the sim, dont need a kit for that 😋
Nice little kit for sure, and they make good stuff. It is however brushed motors and only 25mw vtx. Would be a good start for an absolute beginner. Don't fly brushed motors back to back to back flights...give them time to cool and they will last a long time.
If I were a newbie, I would be buying this for sure. Great looking kit for someone starting out in the FPV hobby. Your video was very good, as usual, demonstrating the pro and cons. 👍👍😀

the biggest mystery still is - what do the 2 buttons on the remote do A and B - i know u can hold both 5 sec to calibrate the sticks - but do they have a function? Recalibrate or sth maybe?
Remotes for such kits are GENERIC which is why the buttons are NEVER maked as to what they do. This means some buttons/switches do nothing for certain drones and do a function for other drones.
@ Yes I think it is good because it’s tiny light fast and easy to control but you need to have good throttle control it’s very strong does not break but one time I fried a motor but they are easy to repair I will say get it because of all those reasons tell me if you buy it good luck
Hmmm..I like that the goggles have a removeable screen unit, but I still am thinking the Tiny hawk's a better drone? Also like the multiple batteries and that trick charger. Looks like a kinda crummy image though. Lots of interference. As you pointed out though, lots of plusses!
I rarely ever use turtle mode. Think of it this way, turtle mode is for when you are upside down…. How could you possibly end up upside down, unless you crash? Once you are an experienced pilot and fly the same drone over and over, you’ll probably never crash.

I would say that the majority of people buy such kits just to dip their toe into the FPV Hobby and practice flying on a simulator of their choice. When they become good and outgrow the kit, then they buy all new Pro Gear in one of the following fields: ANALOG, HD ZERO, WALKSNAIL or DJI FPV.
Hello captain I have a Aquila 16 drone by Betafpv and I had so much fun going and flying at Bok Tower Gardens in Florida and it worked very well but I’m a noob so I crash and fall so I guess the drone got sick and the video transmission is now breaking up almost after takeoff so I try to take it apart and fix it by straightening the antenna it works, but no it’s not working I got it on amazon for black fri for 270$ originally 360$ so I don’t know what to do so I return it before I do plz tell me what to do but I am buying this kit NewBeeDrone be drone

Prescription lenses for individual eyepiece FPV Goggles are just that.... you send in your eye prescription and lenses are created (many, many, online companies do this for all types of goggles).

The motors plug into the bottom flight controller, make certain it is plugged in. If you can’t get the motor to work, then you can order 4 motors from NEWBEEDRONE and replace the correct one with another motor that spins in the same direction (they come in a package of 4 with two motors spinning one way and two the other).
The simulator is extremely old, it is called FREERIDER. The VIDEO output being 25mw means the video range is a maximum of one football field in length with no interference.
0615s have a maximum lifespan of 6 hours. You can't escape it, coz brushes wear out. Definitely budget for spare motors, because you'll need them if you're a total novice.

It is for beginners to FPV. You may be surprised but this is exactly how most of us learned how to fly FPV. It was for me (a cheap little Horizon Hobby brushed drone flying around the house)

Acro is super fun outdoors, but when indoors its a little hard. Angle is super fun to race around the house

Also Captain, is there a turtle mode? Or manual turtle mode like you quickly turn right and left and repeat until it becomes unstuck?
If I showed it in the video, then there is a FLIP OVER (TURTLE MODE) option. Often that exists on BRUSHLESS MOTORS and not as often on BRUSHED MOTORS.

Digital is crazy expensive because the unit in the drone adds $250 US to the price & then another $300 for the digital goggles
I sent for 1 of these several months ago and some replacement motors 4 of which were free, I was charged but I have not seen my drone as yet😢.

I believe the remote is an ELRS REMOTE so that means you can bind it to other ELRS Receiver drones.

Simple… you chopped the antenna or dislocated the antenna. Once you fix or replace this it will be back to normal.

Brushed motors is a big minus you can change this motors all 40h of flying bad. Better put 100$ on top and you get a better one. Brushed is death

It is for beginners to FPV. You may be surprised but this is exactly how most of us learned how to fly FPV. It was for me (a cheap little Horizon Hobby brushed drone flying around the house)
