So I ordered the freestyle version and is my very first tinywhoop. I've flown a 2 inch and a 4 inch. I was so not prepared for how friggin fast these things are. Im very glad I've been hitting the sims hard lately. Was also amazed how much control I was able to fly this is in with its speed. Have no problem flying loops around my house and garage with the VTX only running at 25 mw. The frame on it seems a bit fragile I smacked into a lawn chair at a moderate speed and I can see it's slightly cracked already. Guess I'll have to find replacement frames. But wow what a blast.
flying inside you want to be at 25mw because of multi-pathing, race band 1 on 25mw actually outputs well over 200mw, race band 8 on 25mw will actually put out 25mw, thats why the race version had so much better video signal in the house and is not because of manufacturing variance lol

I have watched a bunch of videos on setting up the remote to a drone, but it all seems so confusing. Would you be able to share/comment or make a video on how to setup the pocket to this drone? I personally don't think im good enough to fly acro yet, so I've been flying in level mode and sometimes horizon, but a lot of youtubers have said these modes are broken on this specific drone in terms of how theyve been setup. My advice is to watch my RADIOMASTER POCKET VIDEO showing HOW TO SETUP & BIND. It tells you everything you need to know. I don’t recall if these drones are FULL ELRS or ELRS SPI. If they are ELRS SPI then it means you BIND them using BETAFLIGHT CONFIGURATOR under the RECEIVER TAB (click bind button). Anyways, watch the video and you’ll figure it out.
I got a 2024 mobula 6 With this same style canopy. It died with very light use much faster than any drone I've ever owned. I lost video the first day out of the box. These canopies are great for weight savings and performance, But with quite a cost to durability. I'm not sure maybe I just had bad luck

I want to make the jump to a tinywhoop, but I am VERY nearsighted (-9 in both eyes) and wear large eyeglasses, similar in shape to yours. I was really hoping you could provide some insight on the goggle situation.. Do I go for box goggles to accomodate my lenses? Someone told me that unlike VR goggles, fpv screens are set directly in front of your eyes and they can wear them without their glasses and see fine.. can you weigh in on this? liked and subbed ty for the helpful info!
-9 ? That is significant. I think that may be too much for any FPV Goggles on the market (most only go to -2). You will have to go for LARGE Box goggles that you can wear your glasses under. Also, you may be stuck with the DJI NEO COMBO. Apparently the N3 BOX Goggles that come with the kit allow for glasses.

Apologies if this seems an obvious question. I have the Aquila16, can I use the goggles and controller from this kit to fly this drone? I'm not up to speed on all the technical stuff with FPV drones just yet.
These lite canopies have a strip with multiple screw holes coming out the back of the canopy strip. 0:27 the quad on the left you can see them under the antenna. You can change the camera angle by putting the screw through different holes to change to a few preset angles.
Like allways the Captain bringing the latest in the drone tech ,but why would anyone waste $100 on a drone that only goes around the block once and then crash if not landed in 2 minutes?

You simple order the drone with ELRS receiver (by default it comes with an ELRS receiver). Any ELRS radio transmitter will work as well as any ANALOG FPV goggles.
I'm getting a bleep from my analog module and the video goes a bit strange even at close range,and it doesn't seem to be able to go much distance,what could be causing this?

With some "modifications", this whoop can be lightened to just over 14 grams. The 3 gram diet makes it really come alive!!!

Goggles YES, and YES to the controller as long as the CETUS X Kit you bought had the ELRS Controller.

The angle is based on the canopy. Adjusting the canopy adjusts the angle.

You are either on the wrong band/channel or your vtx is overheated or you crashed often pulled your antenna off (just snap it back on)

DJI FPV goggles only work with DJI video transmission systems. You can buy an analog adapter for them, but it’s not worth the expense.
