  • Hi everyone,
    Today I'll show you what I eat in a day when I'm loosing weignt living in Russia. My daily goal is 1000 kcal a day! - and I usually stick to it for a week or two. Doing so once in a couple of month help to keep my weight on the same level for years!!!

    Am a Filipino. Russian meal is not that heavy. Here in Philippines every meal should have rice. 😁

      In Russia many people think that every meal should have bread. We also eat a lot of potatoes.😏

    Hello from America! Would like to know approximately how much weight lose you achieve each week on your 1000 calories per day diet! Also, does it keep you satisfied or are you sometimes hungry?❤️🙏🇺🇸

      First two days are difficult then I get used to it and feel good. Loose about 500 grams a week. 7 years ago I lost 6.5 kg like that and they didn't come back. Now I don't have a lot of weight to lose so usually keep this diet for 1-2 weeks. It's not ideal but works for me.
