So glad Natalie is getting recognized for how talented of a filmmaker she is. Her content is higher quality and more thoughtful than some feature films. Can't wait to see her make a full blown feature film as a film director in the future.

What does it bring to be recognised? Fame?
      Ego?
      Pride?
Nothing anyone will ever be happy for
She should make her movies for movies sake
      To make them
      To connect to love
      Not for some dumb views
For success and capitalism competition mindsets y’all have
      I love u Simon

And I think Natalie sees it this way a lot too from what she said a lot of times🩷🥺🥺🥺

I'm blown away. I've seen Natalie's work before, but her storytelling abilities prevented me from analysing the filmmaking decisions (which is a good thing). Her care and intuitive creativity shine through in her work, and she couldn't be more down-to-earth when talking about her process. Jack, thanks for drawing attention to the visual storytelling, sound and editing. Felt so warm seeing her be encouraged enthusiastically.

The reason she’s so talented is because she understands it all! The story telling, the color theory, the shots, sound, EVERYTHING. But the fact that that it’s all being developed by one singular human creates such a authentic and coherent piece of art. Just incredible. In awe!

Natalie is next-level stuff. I knew her videos take longer than the usual youtuber, but this breakdown is on another level. Each aspect is approached with so much thought, she's a sound designer, filmmaker, DOP, documentary artist, light tech, and colorist all in one. the main reason natalie feels so refreshing and captivating to me is because i’m a documenter type of guy and my whole life i’ve been told to put my phone down and live in the moment. and i do, i make it a thing to learn when to step away from video taping to just live. but i like how she said there’s something special about watching memories back, because i love it. i often have a hard time remembering the emotions i felt in the moment, even when i can remember what happened. a video beings me that life i’m missing in my memory. i also love compiling videos for all sorts of reasons (like making trip montages, something i hope i can push to as good of production quality as natalie’s because i have such a passion for film and want to be a screenwriter/director one day)

Natalie’s work is inspiring and soul-touching I can't believe that this exists on UA-cam
This honestly should be its own Netflix show
Thank you Natalie for inspiring a new generation of filmmakers 😊❤

This girl is a visionair! The clips are visually gorgeous and the sound is great! It's very recognizable what she says about intuition. When people ask us about the editing process, we usually can't explain what we did. Didn't know her but am glad I do now. She sounds Dutch.

it is so so beautiful that she makes sense of her life by stringing together all these clips and ideas and moments and making them into cinematic masterpieces. making sense of life through art fascinates me so much. natalie never fails to inspire and remind me to find the lessons and meaning in the mundane and difficult situations of my own life. her work is all so special to me. watching this interview and getting a look on her process was literally the coolest thing. ❤

I think this showed how a re-enactment is still truth, at least as much as truth can be when capturing something with a camera.
