What to do with a weekend visit to your grandparents, with no phone reception and no internet? Play the entire game of final fantasy VI on an old church organ like a blind person!
I just wanted to say I appreciate what you're doing, I think you should have more subscribers. I think the reason you have few compared to other channels is that your videos are less flashy and your arrangements are very true to the originals. Not the kind of stuff with mass appeal unfortunately but I really love it.
This is the first time I've seen someone other than myself request this song. :p I'm dying to hear that song performed by a full brass section. Coin Song is good and covers much the same melodies, but the Figaro Castle theme is IMO the better arrangement.
Every song you make just absolutely kills it. This seemed like a hard one to do. Didn't think you could make it sound exactly like the game. Somehow you did it.
I had shivers and it brought me back to many memories. Sorry my english sucks, but my opinion is authentic. Thanks for sharing your work with us, it was beautiful
This needs to start playing every time one goes go use restroom, but only if victory fanfare can immediately play on flush Dope performance, loved this so much
A beautiful cover to one of my favorite tracks from FF6. A rendition I think you would definitely do justice is the Phantom Train theme from FF6 as well, but I look to forward to whatever is to come.
It's hard to explain. What I mean is that I can change notes (via tongue movement) without changing my breathing. The opposite of Staccato? I also breathe inwards when I whistle rather than out - but that is just the way I learned. It works both ways. The reason this song helped me learn is that it is a touch fast when attempting to staccato the notes. At least to people unskilled at whistling.
yes that's exactly what I mean. Not that it sounds all that good, either :p It throws people off because I can trill as well in a similar way. Seems like most people who sometimes whistle always do lengthy, disconnected notes
It's a Hammond organ. They made some iconic keyboards that are super desirable these days, but this is a less popular model that I picked it up for $50 at a thrift store!
Technically it is still a synthesizer, they just set it up with organ-like preset sounds that are layered the way organ stops work. But it's all electronic (except for the vibrato, which is done by having a baffle rotating around the speaker)
Orchestral Fantasy never knew those existed like that with the knob rotators. Interesting. I learn something new about music daily and I play music! 😂 I’m an oboist
It was April 2nd, 1994...and Sabin suplexed a train. It is June 17th, 2024...and Sabin is suplexing a train. It will be April 2nd, 2094...and Sabin will be suplexing trains.
Hey man, I see you have covered exclusively SNES ff games, but I would kill to hear you cover some of the tracks from ff7. If that's what it takes, name some names and we'll get this started! 😘
I appreciate your musicianship.... but for these energetic tracks.... I just wish it was less virtuoso and more rock & roll out of you... Like I wanna see you really ripping that 5-string like its trying to get away from you if you don't play it hard enough.
Im just gonna say.... Every Cover of this song is inferior to the original.... I dont know why but it is what it is.... EVERYONE of them.... The original is just better. All the people trying to do cover of it, as talented as they are, cannot put it. Im sorry
-Who wants Orchesta Fantasy at 3:00 am?
-Oh boy! 3:00 am!
I don't think I've heard a cover/remix/arrangement of this song that captures the original's feel as well as this does. Bravo.
As is the case with every single one of this channel's uploads! Talent and hard work are both evident.
Welcome to Orchestral Fantasy
And when you hear that lightning snap and the boss fades away in red.
Wow I’m simply amazed!!!
I've never been a fan of the track because of its organ. Your version makes it SO MUCH better
Sabin gonna suplex a train
@David or get confused and suplex himself
I sweat, I'm definitely going to see this kind of comment on every FF6 Decisive Battle video lol
You are the master of showing what the composer would have provided the player with if each player had a whole orchestra playing for them.
Its TunnelArmr!
Vargas and Ultros haven't had the chance to dislike this song!
I miss Ultros.
@@Psydrre "Wahhhhhh!!! Seafood soup!"
Awesome!!!
WONDERFUL GREAT JON

@@RicoLen1 Psst, there exists a brass cover by The Game Brass, if you weren't aware of it already.
@@obenkarumi3999 That's awesome! I didn't know that. TYVM!
Seems like you got your wish granted 😃
@@qlip_I see that! I love it!

4y later and this is still the best version of this song available.
This is 100% why I'm a patron

Not a note to spare on that organ! Nice stuff as usual my dude!
Thank you for what you guys do. I love this song.
True to the original but with a fresh feel to it. Great job, as ever!
That organ sounds killer! Outstanding job as usual!!
Love the bass notes... Perfect :)
That's impressive to play so many instruments. Now we needa see you on the drums!
Me: (see title) No way!! Shut down everything else, close the windows, crank up the volume, here we go!
Thank you for this amazing cover! I will watch this video more than a hundred times xD
Instant memories: Vicks, Wedge and Tina (Terra) in Magitek armor fighting the first boss of the game.
I love the sound of your organ!!! It reminds me of the organ samples from Mother 3.
This pleases the Zelos...
One of the greatest tracks!
Excellent. I hope for a future take on Unforgiven~

Ya era hora caramba! Este es uno de los temas más conocidos de final fantasy
id love to hear ff1 chaos temple them
theme*^
you got so much talent
That old organ is dope. I love all your videos! Do you have any of your music on itunes?
Good job andrew, you did it again ! Greetings from El Salvador
You guys should do Fortune from Terrinigma. There aren't any good covers I can find and you guys always do everything phenomenally.
Great percussions!
One of my favorites! Thank you.
Superb! I Absolutely love it! Great Cover of my best game!
I can't like something more than once! This is a travesty because this deserves two, maybe three likes! Well done!
One of my favourites, especially the bassline.
This is amazing, thank you for sharing it.
This is fantastic
oh and ff5 dragon speads hes wings is really good too
This guy must get so much tail.
bringing up the old school hardware.....sounds awesome!
This is the song that taught me how to slur my notes when whistling (hope that's the right term)
what do you mean exactly?

Atma weapon!
Atma Weapon Battle theme is called "The Fierce Battle". This is boss battle theme.
Aw that's identical to my grandma's old organ!
"What instrument do you play?"
"Yes."
Could you please try doing the Credits theme of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island?
