Far away. Got into a scuffle with my X. long story. I have to start from 0's again. At my age... it's looking very grim for me. So i came here after dreaming this theme. (The original one though) yea life.
Dude as a kid growing up with the SNES, always liking zero as a character, when he busted through the ceiling and I waited 10-15 seconds for the "cut-scene" to finish only to accidently bump my controller and realized: "OMG I'M PLAYING AS ZERO" I hear X3 isn't considered very good compared to X1/2 but for me it was my favorite, I completely accidently found out how to quire zero's saber and the gold chip, also the multiple ride armor system even though IMO most of them were not that useful in X3 lol... I miss the X series, I enjoyed the Zero series but IMO the story for the Zero series took everything in a strange direction, moreover would have loved a more concrete connection from the O.G. megaman to X, instead of vague allusions to what happened, is X a rebuilt megaman or a from scratch new robot? if so, what happened to the original robots? was it zero?
About what you said in the description. If you want to do more remixes after X4 too in a row, then do it. You have the right to make what you want to make. This is your channel after all, and views aren’t everything
Oh man, I _love_ this! I wasn't expecting the lead to alternate between the rockin' guitars and the more chiptune-harkening synthesizer tones, but I feel like that does a good job of representing in equal measure the inspirations for the series' music as a whole with the format in which those songs were presented. I also just really dig how each of those instruments sound here, so it all really just _flows._ Although, I think maybe the flow specifically might be more from the backing of the acoustic guitar & organ acting as a sort of glue between the two? And then both of _those_ instruments add to the character of the piece. Like, for whatever reason I find the acoustic guitar resonates with Zero _as_ a character in a way I can't quite articulate (in a similar way that Fistful of Nickels does for Shadow, I'd say). And who doesn't love a good dose of gravitas, courtesy organ? Thank you for this take on a classic tune! I was not expecting to get so enthusiastic about...well, anything today. ^-^;
I like the lone warrior-feel of this, and I have to admit, it is one of those character themes I go back to quite often. Honestly, and, maybe a bit personally, don't give up on doing MMX tracks, there are definitely people out there who would probably love to hear some remixes and remasters from you, though, I do understand, however, if the logistics may not work in favor of that. That's understandable, and you gotta do what works sometimes, especially to grow. Personally though, I'd love to see you take a crack at some tracks from X4 and X5, like Sky Lagoon for Zero and X, or maybe some stages and boss themes from X4 or X5. You're extremely talented, and listening to your take on these golden oldies is pretty refreshing, and everybody needs a bit of Synth in their lives. I know I do. Great job on this track and all the other tracks. I'm still listening! ^o^/

I've only played through X4 so this is the only Zero theme I really know. So for me, this isn't X3's Zero's theme, it IS Zero's theme.
