I crowdfunded this light and all I was sent was 2 bags of O rings/lanyards/USB-C cables and NO LIGHT. I've contacted them multiple ways and they are trying to blame the shipping supplier, but it came in a sealed envelope and clearly a mistake from Nitcore. It's unbelievable to me that they would rather alienate a repeat customer (I have 6 of their products) than just send me the $33 light (That's retail, I can only imagine the low cost on this).

Just buy an M10. It's not made at nitecore but it's right next door (in shenzen)
