No matter what anyone says. This is truly what female rage looks like. Not the silence, not keeping it in, not holding your tears. Full on screaming, yelling, crying sometimes cursing and just basically a pot boiling over and the only right thing to do is to let her get it all out. Talk to her after she has calmed down, but let het calm down on her own
well, I personally think that we shouldn't generalize. people has their own way of dealing with emotions. I am a female but the way I deal with it is to refuse to speak, and if I feel like I have to I ended up crying either cause of sadness or anger. My voice cracks a lot cause of my throat. I do not like talking during high emotions cause I know I might end up saying something out of the line. I'm pretty sure everyone wants to be left alone for a bit during the peak of their anger, some may or may not want the other to talk to them later on or they themselves would talk to the other after they have calmed down. I personally start talking again, opening up the reason of fight (unless I feel like I was completely wronged). Usually happens after few days of no contact with them.

Sometimes watching a scene of a woman having a rage breakdown is one of the most amazing things a movie can give, because they’re tired of being delicate and tired of everything they say about them. And i love it
It’s so well put because most women are shamed for feeling anger - they are called emotional or childlike as if it is unnatural or incorrect in some way. They smile at the end because they are taught throughout generations to smile and be pretty. We are taught that being angry or being human is ugly and beauty is the pinnacle of achievement we should strive for.
The constant apologies ot me!!! Sums up female rage really well. I'm always sorry. I'm angry at myself for being sorry. I'm angry at the other people for putting me in a position to have to coddle them and say that I'm sorry. Just always sorry. Such is the life we live.
”cause no one ever admits anything they’d done” Real tho. The boys in our class did awful things we told a teacher they talked the boys said I didn’t do anything. They did get no letter to their parents nothing. They didn’t even admit what they did

I love how this just shows basically an exact image of female rage since most people assume girls are "tiny" and "delicate" and "fragile" and "an object". We all have emotions. We all go through it. But smiling through tears caught me off guard since I agree that most girls do that after having a mental breakdown to try and seem "calm" or/and "collected".
I'm surprised how good this video makes me feel. Although, they say "Art should comfort the disturbed &disturb the comfortable." I find it vicariously cathartic &rejuvenating.

Stunning touch to score this with Swan Lake-if I’m not mistaken, the scene where we properly meet the Swan Queen Odette and presented with the tragic beauty and torment at the hands of the evil sorcerer Rothbart. A queen, who is subject to a sorcerer man and a prince, who must remain beautiful and elegant in her desolation and loneliness and despair.

i agree that no matter the gender this isn't always the best way to deal w emotions. But i disagree w how you said there's no difference- male rage is usually because men are discouraged from expressing other emotions like sadness and when they feel like they have no other way to express it, as anger is the only emotion validated in men. Women express rage usually because they aren;t being listened to and taken seriously. Men and women are different!
You missed the point of this video. Most often, it is only women who are told that they are being “hysterical” or “overreacting” when they rage. Men rarely ever get told this, and are often excused for it too

I understand you, my brother annoys me, but if I get angry I AM THE BAD ONE
I’m sorry :(( I think a lot of us have grown up with frustrating siblings who make it their mission to get us to a breaking point I hope your parents or whoever it is that’s making you feel like a bad person (when you’re just expressing your well founded frustration) realize that you were brought to that point and they should probably check on what it is that brought you there.
It's just a sibling thing trust me brothers do that shit to each other. Your brother will likely mature in like 2-3 years if he has good friends and influences

No matter what anyone says. This is truly what female rage looks like. Not the silence, not keeping it in, not holding your tears. Full on screaming, yelling, crying sometimes cursing and just basically a pot boiling over and the only right thing to do is to let her get it all out. Talk to her after she has calmed down, but let het calm down on her own
i think thats just called screaming at someone instead of bottling your emotions which has nothing to do with gender but alr ig
@@bruh5385 nah u right lowk
well, I personally think that we shouldn't generalize. people has their own way of dealing with emotions.

I saw the thumbnail of Ellie and came to find 1 frame of her 😭
Sometimes watching a scene of a woman having a rage breakdown is one of the most amazing things a movie can give, because they’re tired of being delicate and tired of everything they say about them.
It’s the worst feeling when it’s happening but when it’s over, it feels good
1:22 this is from the craft for anyone wondering!
The constant apologies ot me!!! Sums up female rage really well. I'm always sorry. I'm angry at myself for being sorry. I'm angry at the other people for putting me in a position to have to coddle them and say that I'm sorry. Just always sorry. Such is the life we live.
then just don’t say the words “im sorry”. you’re complaining about a choice YOU made

Although, they say "Art should comfort the disturbed &disturb the comfortable." I find it vicariously cathartic &rejuvenating.

i agree that no matter the gender this isn't always the best way to deal w emotions.
