STI Sector Status attained in the NDP III: How do we contribute to the NDP IV?

Dr Kamugasha informed the participants that STI attained formal Sector Status in the NDP III which was worth celebrating as a milestone in the right direction. But then also a trigger to start thinking of how best we can contribute to the development of the National Development Plan (NDP IV) in Uganda
