Steve Araujo Visits Richard Ruse of Trickfish Amps

I had the opportunity to sit and talk to my friend Richard Ruse about his new amp company Trickfish Amplification. He demonstrates Trickfish Amps flagship bass amplifier the Bullhead 1k and two of their SM112 bass cabinets.
Richard walks us through the different tones you can get with this great amp and also tells us their thinking behind the design of the preamp and the layout of the front end of the amp.
I recorded the vocal audio with my Sennheiser shotgun mic and the bass was recorded with my Zoom H4N digital recorder.

That interviewer is infuriating. Keeps interrupting the interviewee and repeating himself. What's he on? Nice amp and Richard R explains things very well.
