I enjoy how you actually taste the food, enjoy it, then react. So many reviewers react right when it gets to their mouth before they can even taste. You also don't have the same reaction each time, sometimes you look puzzled at what you're actually tasting. Keep up the genuine reviews Sonny!

Coffee in Hanoi is awesome, I had multiple trips to both Giang Cafe (home of egg coffee) and Caphe Cong (Coffee/Hot Chocolate with frozen coconut milk or yoghurt. Both both next to each other which is super convenient. Giang Cafe should be $1/coffee

Dude that “xoi xeo” actually takes a lot of work. Sticky rice takes like 2 hours and the mung be like 5 hours or so
Yeah...such as bun rieu, if I am not wrong, it takes me more than 1 hour just to cook the soup

I always had xoi xeo for breakfast and bun rieu for lunch when I was in Hanoi! They also have a lot of other food not usually mentioned/shown in blogs/shows. Sometimes I just randomly choose a stall and point to what others are eating ^_^

Weird, egg coffee and egg beer were things I concocted out of boredom back in the mid 1970' when I was a late teen here in Germany.
One cold and rainy winter day I remembered tasting that mixture from egg yolk and sugar a long time ago at an aunts house when she was baking something. so I made some, but while it was yummy it was also overly sweet and to thick in consistency to eat by itself. So I experimented with coffee, black tea, Fanta, orange juice and other stuff including beer. I liked beer coffee the best.
You may wonder but it wasn't that unusual to eat raw eggs. Also in Germany the drinking age for stuff like beer and wine is still 16 and already was back when I grew up.
