@@jackf1830heh I'm old enough to have had my mind blown at the N64 "Golden eye 007" graphics, I was only in 7th grade at the time so I'm gonna partially blame my astonishment on that. Where they had the actors digitized faces then converted them into what is now a comically low resolution textures and then slapped it onto those blocky polygon characters faces. At the time that was considered to be an amazing technical achievement. 😂
God I completed this game, it's very good at recreating things from the show, but some of the character models were awful

I found Locke creepy at first, but he became one of my favorite characters ever a bit later in the show.
That was intentional, that was one of the themes of lost to not judge people without knowing them first, they make characters seem unlikable at first but then you get to like them as you find out their story.

This is like making a game about Castaway and the only gameplay is talking to Wilson for 100 hours until the end credits.

This game was actually hype if you were a LOST fan cause you got to visit locations from the show, it was cool. It was kind of annoying hearing these guys shit on a thing they don't really know anything about.

I played this game until a flashback part where I had to take a photo on the plane 100% accurate, with awful controls and maybe a time limit. At the sixth fail I just uninstalled the game and forgot it even existed until now.

LOST was the Game of Thrones of the 2000's, in terms of popularity followed by rapid hatred of how it ended.

Kingdom hearts is probs a game that other don’t like but it had a good size fan base for a min. Starfield is decent been on that. Been on the old wwe games those were classics. Id say my game list is good The only game id see that as a “disliked” game is Kingdom hearts. Also used to fw naruto hella. But those games had Good sized fanbases. So no RatFlorin i don’t think i had a game that EVERYONE hated. Nah. Probs a couple ppl but not Everyone.

I really liked the game but I'm a huge Lost fan too and this is the only game about the show we got...
Exloring the Dharma stations in this game was really good atleast, and the music was very good.

Lost is a masterpiece of a tv show and I still cannot fathom how people don't see that lol.
I'm amazed how many people don't understand the ending. A lot of people think they were dead the entire time but they specifically say at the end that everything that happened on the island happened in life.
I get the feeling it was only supposed to be 4 seasons but the network had a hit and wanted to extend the show so there was a lot of filler episodes that were not needed. Thats my only complaint.
@@Aireck174 I think the concurrent/alternate timelines after they initially left the island just threw people on too much of a loop. Then all of the Jacob and his brother stuff. It became a little too much. I liked the show best when the more sci-fi elements were kept in the background and stuff was slowly being revealed. By the end it just felt like information overload.

That Kate Character gets off for killing her dad because her mom wont testify.
Well What about the other charges.
Bank Robbery (to steal a toy plane)
Felony Evasion (running from police)
Manslaughter (killing her childhood friend while Evading Police)
Aggravated Assault with a Firearm (shooting her accomplice during the bank robbery)
Drugging her Fiance
and numerous other charges.
She would get about 50 years to Life in Federal Prison for what she did.
But Magically she is Free. Worst Writing ever for ANY show I have ever seen.
@@WillMuny Stuff like that happens all the time in real life. For example there was a dad named Gary Plauché. He publicly deleted a man who abused his k1d after the abuser was found guilty. The jury let him off with 300 hours of community service and probation, no jail time. If the jury is sympathetic to what you did, they will do stuff like that.

LOST was one of the most special TV experiences of all time. Comparable to Twin Peaks. After LOST orher shows followed it narrative sorcery.
LOST was revolutionairy for TV and media in general and there's nothing like it. Very special show. Especially when you don't know what's going to happen.

For real man. I love the show. It gets waaay too much hate. It makes a ton of sense once you binge it. Before, when it was stretched out over years, it was hard to follow. That's why people hate it. But everything makes sense, even the end.

Ah yes, i remember my plane crash, we skirted the runway while the landing gears fell off and the pilots dinged us to say "the engine fires are normal, we lost the wings" very casual experience, 10/10 most comfortable crash ever.

you know, as silly as this was, it kinda did recapture the tone of the show pretty well.
Lost was only meant to be like 3 or 4 seasons, but it was so popular that the studio made them extend it, so they had to make up a load of random bullshit to pad it out and then had the insane challenge of trying to end the show and tie up all those storylines in a way that made sense. I fucking loved it at the time, though. I ate that shit up.
nah at first abc didn't wanted to end lost and wanted 8-9+ seasons but they finally agreed on 6
@@Herbu21 Well this is what I mean.. the original premise/basic plot of the show was thought out before it was made, but abc wanted them to keep it going so they had to drag it out with lots of iller. Had they just stuck to the writers original plan it would have a been much better and tighter story.
Same here, my mother and i would stay up to watch the episodes before having to go to bed ( i think i was in high school at the time) and whenever i couldn’t, she’d watch it for me and fill me in. Good times 😊😂
@@Herbu21as a lost aficionado. I can concur with what your saying. It was the writers who ended the show on Their terms. Not the studio. Studio wanted to run the show. Writers said No. we have our ending and the time we want to wrap it up in. It was six incredible seasons of a character driven story.

Lost was so ahead of its time. It was a binge watch show before there was binge streaming. It’s story was complex while it aired on basic network tv. It reached for the stars trusting its audience was smart enough to figure things out without force feeding everything to death. Character driven masterclass of a show. Worth a watch through for any fan of great tv
If you have to watch through the show 3 times to understand it, it's a bad ending.

I played this back in the day, got all the cheevos on the 360 version. I don't remember any of this at all.
About the Lost Ending: If anyone thinks the Lost ending was "they were all dead the whole time" or "it was all a dream" or " The Island was Purgatory" YOU ARE WRONG and that's why people say you didn't get the ending, it's not smugness or people that like the ending think they're smarter, no you actually didn't get the ending. Jack closing his eyes in the final episode is THE actual ending to the story, the afterlife parts was just extra for the fans to give a happy ending.

@@guilhermehank4938 Jack dies in the finale(last episode). He dies after the Man in Black(Locke) fight when he closes his eyes watching Kate and company fly off the Island. The only people that died in the plane crash was the people that we saw die in the first episode. Once again the Island was real, it wasn't purgatory.

It’s like a Disaster Report game, but not fun and horrible acting. I think you guys would have more fun with Raw Danger (it’s the second game and the only one without the original title) or Disaster Report 4. They are very wacky and fun. I’m shocked Raw Danger isn’t even a meme at this point.

What happened?
i was drinking water from a plastic bottle a sec before the screen glitch. The bottle made a weird crackling sound at the same time the screen glitch happened and for a split second i believed that my computer was dying. I rewinded the scene 4 times just to be sure it was a game thing lol
What's extremely jarring is they use the likeness of all the real actors but not their real voices. Creepy.

Lost was one of the first (if not the first) tv shows that I binged watched. I just loved this show so much. I remember staying home from school one day in my early middle school years or maybe even late elementary school years and just watching it all day. I remember laying in my parents bed and watching it on their tv that whole day and for some reason that memory has just stuck with me. That’s the first thing I think of every time I see or hear about this show. I’d love to go back just for that one day and just feel so invested in it again.
I got tired of it after a while and then a few years later my friend said "Lost has finally ended". Then I looked up the ending and it ended exactly like me and another friend joked about how it would end, such a lazy ending.

They made up the entirety of seasons 1-3 as they went, but they pre-planned 4-6 before starting production on 4.
