    This is a 10-minute gentle yoga stretch routine for sore muscles, pain and stiffness relief, or post-workout cool down. We do all standing poses in this yoga sequence. You can even do this with your shoes on and without a yoga mat. :)

    Was looking for a quick routine that I could do after working at home all day to loosen up stiff muscles and put a marker between work and home life, this is just perfect.

    I do love this practice. Thank you so much for it♥️♥️. It is my go to practice when I wake in the morning and the beast of Fibromyalgia wants to stop me from doing my morning one. It just stretches me enough, with no pressure on anything. We can show the beast that it will not beat me.

    Thank you, Maris, for this lovely recovery flow yoga! I did this today right after my workout, and it felt really nice to cool down and relax. I think this flow would be great first thing in the morning, too, to get the blood flowing and the joints warmed up.

    Wow. Just did this because I was sore from the bodyweight workouts I've been doing lately, and it was amazing! Very convenient too for people who are busy. I also feel more relief and less anxiety. Thank you! :)
