This is a wrist-free and hands-free warrior yoga flow class with standing poses only. There are NO downward dog, planks, and pushups/chaturanga in this practice. We highlight the Warrior poses (Virabhadrasana) - Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Warrior 3, Reverse Warrior, and Humble Warrior. We start and end in mountain pose. This is a wonderful quick practice with a simple flow sequence that can get your body moving and your mind clear and focused. This is a wrist-free version on a previous Warrior Flow Yoga Class I posted a few weeks ago - ua-cam.com/video/uEDSWWolqlQ/v-deo.html Hope you enjoy, yogis! Loved this flow! I am recovering from a broken arm so perfect for my needs, but I would recommend this sequence to anyone wanting a great head to toe stretch & strengthen efficient class.
I just practiced this flow today, I love it. The pace is perfect, best of all it is wrist free! I only wish it’s a longer flow, perhaps adding a few more variations of warrior poses👍👍👏💪🥰
My wrists are so sore from working at a keyboard and mouse all day, but I still want to do my yoga flow, and this one really feels like I’m moving my whole body and getting a really good stretch and strengthen. Just what I need. Thanks, Maris X
I routinely enjoy your hand free sequences, creative and challenging. However, I found this sequence to move at such a quick pace that I felt that I was in an aerobic class instead a mindful based yoga experience.
Thanks for sharing your experience, Lola. I don't do a lot of these "ladder" type sequences (where you add a new pose after each round). The way it typically goes is you move more slowly through the pose the first time it is introduced. During the next round, we move faster through the poses introduced previously and add a new pose. I understand it can be a little disorienting if one is not used to the style. Also, a quick pace doesn't mean it's not a mindful practice. The Ashtanga Vinyasa style, for example, moves at a fast pace (much faster than my usual style). Mindfulness is determined by the quality of attention and not necessarily the speed of movement. Anyway, thanks for trying it out and offering your feedback. I appreciate it. - Maris
I’m so glad I found you. This flow was wonderful. When I do the inversions like downward dog I get nauseated. It doesn’t pass for up to 7-8 hours. It tends to make me not want to practice yoga. I’ve stopped doing that pose, but this class gives me the guidance I need. I like other folks who’ve commented would like a longer class like this, but if needed I’ll do this twice 😊
I think I am going to love this sequence. I just started practicing w you late last year after I torn left my rotator cuff. I gained strength in my lower body & also improved my balance, I am grateful to have found your yoga videos on UA-cam👍🙏👏💪 I would love some longer & faster wrist free yoga sequences 🙏🙏🙏
Strong beginners to intermediate. The poses are not that difficult but we don't go into too much detail or instructions for some of the poses so some yoga experience would be helpful :)
Maris I have tried to email you repeatedly and I have not gotten a reply. For the second time now I have been charged $10 for the videos that are supposed to be free to me as a donator to your channel. The first time it happened you took care of it but the second charge was over a month ago and the charge is still showing on my credit card. I really need to get this taken care of.
Hi Jennifer! I have a few questions for you. Did you receive the refund I sent you last time? Do you use the DISCOUNT CODE for free videos for patrons? It seems like you don't use the code at checkout that's why you keep getting charged. I responded to your last email but I haven't received a new one in the last few weeks. Other patrons usually have no problem getting their videos. Please let me know if you have another recent order that you were charged for and I will refund you. Moving forward, please use the code I post every month on the Patreon feed. Hope that helps. Thanks!
I just sent you another refund. Also, the last email I got from you was in October re: the first time you were charged. I have not gotten any messages after that. You say you have emailed me repeatedly? Please let me know which email address you used because there is nothing in my inbox from you. I also sent you another email just now. Thanks!
