leave the banjo cracked and fill the master, pull and snap release the clutch a few to get fluid flowing out to banjo. then tighten up the banjo and bleed like normal. the pull and snap release works good with getting air bubbles out the master
Just ordered this kit looking for the semi clutch just so I could pop a Willy is Easier thanks for the video looks pretty simple to install appreciate it
Hey, s'up!? I like your build man. I'm building grandson's crf110 for moto... he wants to race! The o-ring on the banjo bolt got trashed while I was bleeding the system. Think I can pull the banjo bolt without pulling trans cover? I don't know if the slave will remain in place when I pull the bolt or drop to bttm of the case.
@@bankruptmoto5769 yeah, would suck to have to pull it all apart again although, I'm getting pretty good at it. Haha! Man, CJR Performance did the tune and this little guy rips it now!
@@latinobacon1837 filming right now. There's also a way to eliminate the centrifugal clutch without the lock out kit. I'm working on the tutorial. It involves reversing the one way bearing in the bell housing.
@@latinobacon1837 update, don't buy. The cable version is too hard to pull. Probably works okay for the old version of the clutch basket but the new style spring is too powerful.
@@bankruptmoto5769 What do you mean semi manual? Don't CRF110s come stock with the rekluse clutch so all you have to do is click the shifter? And what do you mean clutch up easier for wheelies? Last question: What difference does the lockout make? Thanks
@@xsancaninits a semi auto meaning manual with auto clutch from factory. the kit replaces the auto clutch attached to the shifter with a clutch lever. and the lockout is a splined piece that gets welded in the centrifugal clutch to eliminate the semi auto portion
Looks like they're backordered right now. Only place I know to get them is straight from Avail. availmotorsports.com/collections/crf110/products/avail-motorsports-hydraulic-clutch-kit?variant=40965905154244
WOW that seems so much easier than i thought, happy i can switch back to auto whenever i feel like it! im definitely ordering that today
also thanks for the detailed video without the extra 20 minutes of video about nothing😂 really helpful
This is such a sick build. Crf110 is one of my favorite platforms.
Thank you for the video!! Exactly what I was hoping would come out and now I know what to expect with mine
Awesome! Glad I was able to put this out there. Hope it helps!
Do you have to have a copper washer on the inside of the case or na
Nice video my friend! Looking forward to the ride💪
Good info👍🏻, picking up a 110 soon and doing this for sure plus the bvc trike kit 😎
Hey man, I know this is a late comment but do you think the clutch kit can be fitted onto a yamaha ttr110?
Hello greetings from Ecuador
What size rims and tires are you using on the motorcycle?
Ur eyes are sick dude one brown one blue
I'm having trouble bleeding the system. I can get a little bit of fluid to bleed out at the bottom but can never get any lever pressure?
Yeah I’m having the same problem

How much would all this be
The whole build? Or just the clutch conversion? The clutch setup was about $280

It should stay in place. It has the clutch holding it in place against the cover. Shouldn't go anywhere!

My oring got trashed as well, where did you get a new oring at?

@Travis Burnett hey, man. I have a box of various O-rings so had a replacement on hand. Autoparts store should have some. You can try O'Reilly.
Looking to get the same setup but they're on backorder
In stock right now I think!

What year is it?
2020
Is it full manual or semi manual ?
It's semi manual. I decided not to do the full lockout yet. I really only wanted a clutch in order to clutch up easier for wheelies.
