Building a BBR ProComp Honda CRF110 in 15 Minutes!

- Back in August 2022, I decided to go for the full BBR ProComp setup on my Honda CRF110. I was one of the first to get the front end Pro Comp from BBR but did not start the project till last summer.
Since I’m just riding this CRF 110 in the backyard, I decided to keep the motor and exhaust stock to keep my neighbors happy. The BBR front end kit came with the CARD front wheel, front disc, axle, 37mm inverted forks, triple trees, and complete brake kit. The rear BBR Pro Comp kit came with the full rear linkage, rear swing arm, rear shock, and I opted for the longer chain and chain guides. Additional things I ordered include the Hans rear hub and wheel build by Motowhips, rear disc, handlebars, foot pegs, shifter, taller BBR seat, and graphics.
With all of the other smaller projects I have going on, this build took quite some time but came out fantastic. I probably went a little overkill with the suspension setup, but I decided if I’m going to do it, I’m going to do it right the first time. And it came out just as good as I imagined it. Coming soon is a video with lap times comparing to a BBR CRF 110 build that is not with the Pro Comp goodies and a KLX 140 to compare suspension.

Judging by his sling, that pitbike build bites back
Haahaa I actually injured it at the 2 stroke worlds at Glen Helen...on a YZ 250.
Crazy this guy built this hole bike to ride in his backyard
Yep...and we have a blast riding with friends in the backyard. I even ride my Stark Varg on the track.
@@CharlieFerer sick bikes bad ass i bet you got a bad ass traxk to
Awesome video man the suspension is amazing and all the other parts
I’m running pro taper xr50 bars. They sit higher and I like them a lot. If your running ssr125, crf110 or crf50. Those bars work real well. 👍
Great call as well on the XR 50 bars.
Looks great , look forward to u riding the bike
Thanks and excited to be riding in a few weeks. Still can’t do a full push-up yet so still a ways out before riding again.
Man that looks great!!!!
Thank you!
On the bars do what you like
This is wet a dream pit bike build, kudos on this beauty. very curious to know your total costs all in?
When are you going to post a video of riding that’s bike and your thoughts on the forks and swingarm 🤙🏻
Shoulder is getting close to where I can ride again. Within the next four weeks.
Great build! I have the BBR single swingarm on my crf110 and really like it. Where did you get the brackets for mounting the rear caliper and master cylinder?
Hit up MotoWhips for help on those parts. They helped me a lot on my build. Mention my name and build and they can probably pull part numbers to help you. Their number is 805-523-2053
That looks expensive but still I’d like another pitty
Can you do a klx 110l build next please.
I have the KLX 140 with BBR 170 kit and suspension and is awesome. I have two CRF BBR builds so not sure I will be doing a KLX 110 build.
I love the stuff bbr does but there’s gotta be a cheaper way maybe steel and use forks off of another bike for the front kit , idk about justifying 5k+ to a 2k bike
I wish you could buy a new Honda CRF 110 for $2k. New these bikes are over $5k out the door with tax/fees. I can't find a used one for $2k either that is a 2019 or newer.
what would u say the seat height is on your honda with the pro comp vs the other bbr swingarm u have on it
I used xr50 protaper bars on my 2023 110
Yes, running those same bars on my 2020. I do like the BBR bars on my 2022 better though. They are wider and open you up more.
I just installed the pro comp swing arm. I couldn’t figure out how to install the shock res.
Message me on instagram and I will send you a video on how I did it.
Xr50 bars
bbr d3 with quiet core deffly can loose the stock exaust
Will the bike be as quiet as stock? Trying to keep my neighbors happy 😊
Did you still plan on doing a comparison video on the track?
Yes I unfortunately injured my left foot coming up short on a jump. So we have not gotten the video done yet. Thx for your patience
How tall are you I’m 6ft6” so I use a se of (RHK black pit bike handlebars) I don’t know if you will find them when you search it but if you add MxStore it will show up it’s a Australian company
When’s the comparison video of the two different 110s and kawi?
What kind of forks are those
Hi Kaleb! They are CARD 37mm units as part of the BBR Pro Comp front end set up. Here is the link for you: www.factoryminibikes.com/products/bbr-usd-37mm-fork-kit-crf110?variant=40899108700271
Klx110 bars
How did your mount the rear master cylinder?
I purchased a mount from MotoWhips. Call them to order one - it is a nice part.
curios on those front forks are they worth it cuz they are very pricey compared to like the fast ace kit but i don’t know anyone else taht has them
Yes, for what you get it is worth it. The triple tree, forks and brakes work great. Remember you get a complete front wheel without the tire in that package as well.
That cushion is way too long.
What is a ‘cushion’?
Full build..... More like bbr gave us this and we're doing a bbr advertisement. Not showing you anything actually doing the work
I am not a UA-camr that has time to do all the video details. Sorry bud.
@@CharlieFerer yet it took 9 months.......
@@MrAlsbrooks yes, I paid for all parts. They shipped us the front forks and had to wait a couple months for the rear swingarm. We had to find a rear hub that would work with the rear swingarm because BBR does not make a rear wheel for a disc just the stock rear drum. We had some miscellaneous parts took time to get/find that worked. I will check your UA-cam channel out to see how good your videos are…maybe you can teach me on how to do better videos.
Quick tip.
Ass on seat
Hands on bars
If it feels right then it’s right. If it feels wrong fix it. Make the bike fit you not make you fit the bike.
Simple, I like it but it took me a few bae sizes to find the right feel.
@@CharlieFerer as long as you make the bike fit you. The you’ll get the best out of the bike. I’ve trained allot of riders and most of them are woods riders and with being make the bike fit you they all agree you ride better harder stronger and longer that way.
@@garrettcampbell5995 the whole point of the video is to pick the right bars to make the bike fit you and your riding style. We are on the same page here Garrett.
