  • So I've only done this a few years ago and that was with rings. Figured the bar might be a tad slower with my more normal technique. Turns out it was, but it could have been the bucket as well. We squatted to a medball to show full depth. I was hoping to shave some time, but just not today. 3 rounds for time of 50 air squats, 7 muscle ups, 10 Hang Power cleans 135/95lb. Time Cap 13 minutes, finished 6:02 Unbroken. Not RX due to doing Bar instead of Ring.
