I tried it and I did the measurement in cups so I used 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, 2/3 cup of flour, 2 tbsp oil, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 tbsp lemon juice turned out very good however this cake does not have any flavor to eat with tea or coffee I should've added vanilla, orange/lemon shredded peeles or any other flavor this type of cake is so good to fill with whipping cream / icing and sprinkles on the sides. I had a piece topped with cream, blueberries and chocolate syrup and it was so much better than eating it by itself.

I just baked this recipe and it is super fluffy and delicious. I changed to aloe vera low fat yogurt to 130g and reduced sugar level to 60g and it's sooo yummy! I will bake this again and keep this recipe. Thanks for the awesome recipe 😍
You could buy a measuring scale, there are some really cheap options on Amazon. Ever since I bought mine for $11 I rarely ever use the cups again. It’s more accurate that way.

Mon gâteau n'est pas monté comme dans la vidéo.. Je me suis sûrement plantée lors du montage des blancs en neige 😅 mais malgré ça je dois avouer que c'est le gâteau le plus MOELLEUX que je n'ai jamais fait !! On dirait un nuage 😍😍
Attention quand on mélange les ingrédients il faut y allé doucement se qui fait lever un gâteau se sont les bulles d'air c'est comme pour une génoise autrement il faut mettre un peu de levure
Moi non plus il n est pas monté comme sur la vidéo, pourtant je me suis vraiment appliquée à tout faire pareil! Je le laisse refroidir avant de goûter. J espère qu’il sera quand même bon et très moelleux.

Me encantó, lo voy a hacer!. Pero tengo una duda siempre que dices " dividir entre 1/3 de azucar (90 g.)". quieres decir que hay que dividir los 90 g de azucar y agregarlo a las claras entre 1 o 3 veces?, o que hay que poner 3 veces 90 g de azucar?, gracias❤
90 gr en total de azucar, y lo agregas a las claras en tres veces.
30 g x 3 = 90 g (total). Gracias.
