Hope you were delighted by Scar's suffering (you monsters) If you wanna check out the game, Scar told me this is the best link to find it at: bit.ly/RT_Fracture
You basically created an anime protagonist who gets stronger the more injured they get 😂 This game really rewards thinking outside the box. Its turning into my favourite game of the year, so much depth and customisation is right up my alley. Great vid!
Actually Fracture, Cassia gives you more than just 15 stats. You see, Cassia is a Navigator, and Navigators are pretty broken in Rogue Trader. Her staff can do one of 2 things, dependent on which staff she has equipped. An Infusing staff will give ALL your stats a bonus = to the potency of the staff's infusing ability until the end of the navigators next turn, and can be STACKED AND PROLONGED if you keep being targeted by abilities from her, with no upper limit. So if she still has her starting navigators staff, she gives you +5 to all statistics just by targeting you with voice of command. The second option is a devastating staff, which deals bonus damage = to the devastation potency on her first damaging power use each turn, and allows her to use that power again, at the cost of taking the potency as damage upon doing so. That aside, Challenge run idea; Warp Damage Only (psychic powers, navigator powers and some VERY few select (heretical) weapons deal Warp Damage)
I wonder if willpower bonus synergizes with psyker origin. With psyker, you can buff yourself through the roof and having huge willpower really benefits psykers. Also, again, one of pyro psyker talents gives you +1 psi rating if you are ON FIRE, so that moment where one of enemies threw fire bomb at you could benefit you even more.
This game is shit. There’s so many bugs/glitches . Plus bosses are O.P as shit. Wouldn’t recommend this game. Atleast for a while until they fix the bugs
I found out that Master tactician's advantage buffs affect the navigator's skills damage but dont reset on them. So my Cassia is just going around killing everyone with 400% damage buff starting turn 2.
@@KILLERAOC I am not playing with english text so i am not really sure about the naming, but i am talking about blue "tactical advantage" skill that officers get on lvl 16 when advancing to master tactician. It can be used for free on each turn to buff your next attack. However navigators powers such as navigators gaze or psychic inferno are not counted as "attack" and they dont reset stacks, while gaining the damage bonus. So you can spam tactical advantage and get all your skills to have 396% bonus dmg on max stacks as long as you dont attack normally. It's clearly not a intended behaviour and might be patched.
@@Fracture.Gaming You can hire mercenaries who you can name and tailor their abilities to be exactly what you want, unless you want more Cassias of course.
Yeah I just focused in on BG3 for a while and it was super fun so I stayed longer than expected. My guess going forward is that for a while BG3 is gonna be a “Base” for the channel and I’ll pop over to other games every couple videos to mix it up.
Do you have any tips on making a build for a character? I've never been into 40k before and unlike Pathfinder which felt easier to understand, this game is like...... Pathfinder x100 in terms of ridiculous co-systems, especially during leveling. Just general tips or something?
I find like in this vid its a good idea to have a firm idea in your mind what kind of character you want to create. After that its just a case of picking the class with abilities and talents that closest fit your idea. There's plenty of great guides out there that'll help you learn what each class does best.
@@Corusame I didn't watch the video 'cause I Don't want to be spoiled, lol. But there's like... 80 skills or abilities to sift through and it's a lot, esp when the terminology makes no sense in a new cRPG setting. I'm a Sanctioned Psyker Operative I think, so I want to be good with weapons but also do some destruction with my Psyker abilities? But I'm not a crazy Pyro or Lightning thing.
Corusame's comment nailed it honestly. I had a firm idea fixed in my head of a playstyle I wanted, and I had looked at the available skills enough to know that the key element would be there for me to work with. This party I put together ENTIRELY focused on the abilities "Wounded Beast" and "Sure Fire Plan" with the goal of maxing out dodge and parry chance to become untouchable. The rest of the build choices I made were just improvised as I explored through the game and found stuff that helped me get more of the stats I wanted.
They can’t miss, but I think you can dodge them and you can definitely parry them. But I was really just messing around and exploring the game in this video so I’m not 100% certain how it works!
You have a chance to dodge them and if you're using a small gun weapon or melee weapon, can also parry them. Everyone has the ability to dodge through dice though.
Hear out a person who finished this game. DO NOT BUY IT YET. The problem that this game has extreme amaunt of bugs, especially it's second half. About of half of companions quests were unfinishable. I would say that now we have open beta. And I am utterly disappointment because of that. It is logical to wait at least half a year - year before buying and playing.
Why do you have to put spoilers in a build guide? I did not know theodora died. I have not got that far yet. Just started. Thank you so much for this. At least put spoilers in the title.
Her dying happens in the prologue / tutorial section of the game. I figured anybody who wanted to play the game would be playing it for more than 30 minutes before looking up videos about it.
I look at builds because I do not want to get an hour or two into the game and find out my build is crap. I have watched many build videos and none of them have spoilers in them, or if they do, they say spoilers. was just not expecting it is all.

Owlcat should make this into a class for the future. You are literally playing a penitent class, amazing and lore-friendly.
omg. perfect for a bigining of the heretic playthrough then actually takeing the inquisitions offer of redemption
POV: You are Vulkan
Vulkan lives!
The Drukhari are going to love you.
The Drukhari feed off suffering to stop Slaanesh from consuming their souls. I don't think it would work because his character enjoys pain too much 😂

The Hulk
> immortal pain-fueled monster with broken EVERYTHING
So, basically, Dart Sion from KOTOR 2.

would go priest over crime lord take shield of faith and emperor protects
I'll have to take a look at it! Everything in this video is basically my first playthrough so I'm not familiar with all the build options yet.
all good mate plenty of options to play with@@Fracture.Gaming
Father Nurgle approves this build!
Death guard: ummm I guess you are secretly a worshiper of nurgle too no matter how much you wanna die you can’t just like us
I'm curious how this works on a Psyker since Willpower is also boosted

Always a blast watching your videos I haven’t heard anything of this game but definitely interested in playing now
Congrats on the sponsor!!
Thanks :) pretty sweet one for my first sponsored video, literally just got to play a fun game and come up with a wacky play style!

Oh yes!! oh yes!!! I love 40k and I love how you break these games.
You should make more Rogue Trader videos I love your bg3 stuff and wanna see it in rogue trader
CONGRATS ON THE SPONSOR! ❤❤🎉🎉
Lets find the buggiest talents, just like Owlcat intended.
so ,you made chaptermaster dante

Can you rename your companions? If so please go with Scar’s hyenas from Lion King “Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed”…. Also, Long Live the King!
lmao, I don't think so but now I wish I could.

A bit late, but my character is a melee Psyker that set itself on fire and go ham on the ennemies. It works better than I'd thought
