    I’m not a BJJ guy (Krav) but I try to soak up as much as I can and Craig is the guy I find myself watching the most. His game is so smooth and his demeanor is top notch.

  • @ezrapaul6808

    10:39 “he rarely taps to anything thats not a choke” why? I dont understand this, why would someone risk breaking an arm or tearing an acl or whatever joint lock less than being choked out? Whats the big deal? Like how royler tapped to a triangle in his first fight with edgy brah but took a calfslicer for more than 2.5 minutes in the second. Can someone explain?

    • @223brandan
      @223brandan 5 років тому +1

      He talks about how a lot of Brazilians think leglocks are a cheap way to win, so they won't tap. like the Maiyo brothers never do as well. Its on a podcast with Robbert Whittikaer and interesting listen.

    • @ezrapaul6808
      @ezrapaul6808 5 років тому +1

      223brandan well aren’t the miyao bois literary immune to leglocks? That picture from adcc of the knee bar where paulo didnt have any pain. And also i can understand why they think thats a cheap way to win, but even if it is, are you going to let your acl or whatever get blown out because of principle? And still, get choked unconscious vs maybe never walking right again? Easy choice for me
