I have a set of bands, handles, and a multipoint door anchor ... but I'm shopping for a bar. My budget requires me to shop in the $50-60 range, max. If you review more, inexpensive bars, I'd love to hear your opinions. Thanks for this!
Hi! I have bullworker classic and pro that i started using recently (tons of weight to shed...). Would i benefit feom usong a resistance bar in ky arsenal? (alternate training with BW perhaps?) or woukd it be redundant and. O need to get a bar if one already has BW on hand? Thank you!
Thanks for watching. I think resistance training along side the Bullworker is a good idea. You can get more range of motion doing other movements with resistance bands. Personally I think the Bullworler is best for isometric contraction work. Resistance bands are better for concentric work.

Thanks for watching & you’re welcome! I did recently find a new bar for a cable machine that I like a lot. I’ll review that next.
