He didn't play guitar on it really... sounds like he was just holding it while singing so you can kind of hear him sort of chopping at it here and there if you use headphones. Sounds like an acoustic 12 string to me... it's captured by his vocal mic so its hard to hear and I don't think was intended to be heard at all but it is there if you listen close.
It's the only track of the session labeled Lennon backing vocal and its the full track. It's possible there is more Lennon on another track. If there is something specific missing and you know where it happens send the exact time in the song and I'll try and find it on another track.
I’ve been working on a complete beatles playlist on Spotify that has EVERYTHING. It’s already 190 hours long. It definitely has this song on it.
