    Great video-- thanks for sharing! I've been doing these types of poses for several months now and was trying to describe the hip-opener exercises to others who were interested; this is a great illustration of the poses! Great overview-- I've shared the video with others!

    But in the final laying down pose (idk how it's spelled), should I hold my back flat on the floor or is it okay to arch it a little?

    Welkom. Mai neem is Estherr. Yesyes, hips. Dat is leuk, lekker zitten op de grond. Als ik het probeer, hangen mijn knietjes ongeveer 30 centimeter boven de grond, en mijn rug is gebogen. Awareness mijn hart, en zelfs dat is stijf. Hoe kun je zo zitten dan?
