man, how awesome would it be to do a part two, and add pictures/diagrams to show exact detail of what you all are talking about.
Thank you for doing a show using Down scan and side imaging. A part 2 with pics of examples would be awesome… Thanks again…
Will put it on the hit list
I am a 73 year old man trying to learn these things and I took notes on all that was said. I am sure these things will help me to locate and catch fish. Are there any differences in adjustments in Side Scan for 8 foot of water compared to 26 foot. I just lucked up on your channel and saved to watch all your videos. Thanks for making this video.
I try to keep it about same in the beginning to learn how everything looks at one set distance
Thanks for the advise.@@crappieconnection

I'm new to using a fish finder. I have a Helix 7 . I have enough trouble just figuring out what fish look like. I wish instead of an arch it would be a big or little image of a fish .
Great info. I'll be adjusting after going under those bridges now. Thanks
Thank you
Lot of good info here. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
I like Joe . We fished with him on old hickory last year. He's a good Ole boy!!

Hey I have a garmin striker 7sv I need to install on a 1448 Jon boat. I have a 12v 46lb bow mount motor guide trolling motor. Where should I mount the transducer? I plan on long lining and casting. Thanks!
Back transom to side scan with
@@crappieconnection thanks. What kind of benefits - if any - would there be to mounting it on the bow? I’m new and Just trying to learn. Thank you
Hey, this is wonderful and thank you for the great information. However, if you don't mind, I have one suggestion. If Bobby Floyd could just slow down just a little bit when he talks, that would be wonderful. I'm trying to follow him and it's very difficult
He definitely talks fast
@@crappieconnection yes I was trying to listen to him about how to level my transducer I had to rewind it about five times lol
Show some actual examples of how to find crappie with side scan this podcast was usless to me
