------------------------
I’m Justin, a S&C Coach. I help athletes who run sub 12.5s in the 100m and 5.2s in the 40yd sprint faster.
If you don’t run those times, watch all my free videos, and do my free programs until you can, then come work with me!
I’ve helped multiple athletes run 10.4 in the 100m, and 4.4 in the 40yd. I’ve also trained Division 1 soccer, basketball, and track athletes.
Here is proof of my results and who I have trained:

YOOO Thats me on the Thumbnail hahaha
we need videos on decceleration and change of direction. In most sports that is the most important aspect except from acceleration/first step and injury prevention
1 have a question about resisting sprints. You've said in the past that when you're "slow" (run above 11.7 in 100m or 4.5 in 40 yd) you reach your peak velocity at literally your third step.
You've then went on to say resisted sprints will really help become one of the fastest accelerators and fix this problem. What do you exactly mean, if you reach peak velocity at your third step aren't you a fast accelerator? For a guy like me who plays football and only really cares about the 40 time, wouldn't you want to reach your max speed as fast as possible? And how would resisted sprints help you from not maxing out within the first 10m?
If you exert more horizontal force during acceleration, you accelerate for more steps to a higher top end speed, versus accelerating fewer steps to lower speed. The goal is to accelerate as long as possible.
Make a video on top speed development only.
Would you say that an overcoming iso is better than a yielding for calves or do they both do the job equally as good?
i also feel like i have potintail because i can jump high but people who canyt jump as high as me are faster than me
How many reps and sets should you do on the first exercise?
Bro make a video on sprint training period and progression
I have a couple on that !
Are these exercises daily
once
yeah
