I’m Justin, a S&C Coach. I help athletes who run sub 12.5s in the 100m and 5.2s in the 40yd sprint faster.
If you don’t run those times, watch all my free videos, and do my free programs until you can, then come work with me!
I’ve helped multiple athletes run 10.4 in the 100m, and 4.4 in the 40yd. I’ve also trained Division 1 soccer, basketball, and track athletes.
Here is proof of my results and who I have trained:

Yessir !
i rly like this format
I appreciate it
Can you please make a video specific to the 200m ?( or have you made one?)
a lot of my work is for speed development, which is the same from 60m to 400m. you probably should not be changing your training to be better at the 200m you wont see. big difference
@@justjumari ok thx
Nice video
Thanks a lot
Keep this type of video series
And once again thank you so much for the free vertical program
I got you
What is your opinion on prehab? Should athletes be doing any tendon isometrics or “bulletproofing” when they are healthy or 90% healthy?
If I don’t have time to do sprinting plyos and lifting in the same workout at once is it better to do lifting first and wait a while (like 8 hours for after school) and then do sprinting after, or the other way around?
You should always sprint first then pylons or some weight training but if you can’t just do what you can just don’t lift heavy often before sprint training because heavy strength training tires you out more than just power or speed training in the gym
