    I am glad to find your osteoporosis workout. I'm 70 years young and my last Dexa diagnosed me with osteopenia. I am very active and been most of my life. I look at exercise as very important part of my daily routine. I like your extremely professional presentation of all the movements . . . easy to follow, easy to understand. My goal is to improve my bone density without prescription drugs within a year. I believe you and your program will greatly assist me in reaching this goal. Thank you!

    I love your 30 minute workouts. This video is good but I like to do the exercises with you as you set a good pace and talk about form.

    Thank you. I am so happy to find your exercises. Can I do Brick House Bones exercises daily? I have been doing a lot of aerobic for many years, but I am still new to strength exercises. I really appreciate you sharing these exercises. Because you are a professional doctor, I feel very comfortable to follow your instruction.

      HI Lisa I foune the monster walk a little awkward taking a step and bringing the feet parallel. So is it still a good exercise for the hips if I do walking left right left right, but keeping the 45 degree angle?

    Hi Dr. Lisa - I loved this video. I felt like a kid again playing with the ball, monster walking and jump squats which is a challenge with this 69 year old body. I have osteoporosis with 3 vertebrae fractures in my T spine found on routine x-ray. Just wondering if jumps are OK for me? Thanks for all you do and giving me back my life again after diagnosis. 🙏☺️

      This would be personal medical advice I cannot give in this format. Please check with someone who knows your medical history. Your favorite PT might be a great resource to get you jumping safely. Meanwhile just do a modified version. Thanks for watching and I am glad you had fun!

      @@DrLisaMooreDPT - Thank you for your good advice as always. You are my favourite PT ! My specialist advised not to skydive 🪂 which was not helpful but I will check on my next follow up visit with a therapist who knows my history. 🙏☺️

    i have developed a varicose vein in my left leg. The vein specialist with whom I consulted says impact exercises are fine. Other sources suggest low impact exercises are best. I just love following your program and feel like I am doing such good things for my whole body as well as my bones. What is your opinion generally about this? Thank you so much Dr. Lisa.

      I think you should listen to your vein specialist and your body. Do what makes you feel good! Stay strong!
