    I just got my Nespresso Vertuo last night. I won it at a company holiday party.
    It is REALLY loud while brewing. Is this normal?

      Hi Heidi, it is normal for our machines to be loud especially when they are brand new. If you are concerned it may not be operating correctly we have machine experts available to help at 1-800-562-1465.

    I realized that by double clicking on the button the light turns green and less coffee comes out, could you tell me what sizes for each capsule when I double click on the button?

      @@nespresso ela foi realizada de maneira correta. Eu só queria saber pra quanto que diminuiu a extração de cada cápsula quando se aperta o botão 2x?

      When you double click, it instructs the machine to brew any capsule as an espresso size.

    Mi maquina no hace nada solo se lava, pero a la hora de hacer café parpadea la luz y luego se pone en roja, que puede ser?

      Necesitas usar la app para q te diga lo q secede. Assegura q la maqina este registrada a su telefono.
      Mi maquina hacia lo mismo y usando el App, me dijo q no reconocia el Cafe. O sea, no podia leer el Barcode bajo el Cafe.

    Do you have to hold the button down for it to remember a large cup? Or will it always do the 7.7 first

      It reads a barcode on each pod to determine brewing conditions

      Like @bytesandcoffee mentioned, it brews according to the pod size. If you want a full cup of coffee, look for the pods that say 7.7oz.

    How does the Veturo Pop+ differ from the previous Veturo Pop?

      Hi, Adrian. While both, Vertuo Pop and Pop+ machines use our patented Centrifusion™ technology to brew all Vertuo capsules, including the oversized Alto, Pour-Over Style, and Cold-Brew Style, the Pop has a smaller water tank placed behind the machine, and will be sold at retailers in Licorice Black and Dark Gray. The Pop+ has a larger water tank, located on the side of the machine, with a wide variety of colors, available on our website, at Nespresso Boutiques and select retailers, as well.

      Oh no! We're terribly sorry to learn that you've been experiencing difficulties with your machine. Kindly note that although our machines offer no precise control of the water’s temperatures, you may certainly obtain hotter brews by following these steps:
      - If you drink your coffee with milk, ensure that it is also warm or hot so that the coffee’s temperature will not drop drastically when poured in.
      - Use a perfectly sized cup for your extraction.
      - Rinse the cup beforehand with hot water for greater heat retention.

    This is one of the worst machines! Second one that doesn't work! If you want to keep replacing then this is for you! Like i said this is my second one! Not working out of the box
